Okay guys... open you eyes! This is GTA V, which is a gang game. There might be little side missions just like IV had with the police laptop. Just wait until sapd:fr comes out for it!

We do need stuff like this in GTA. Also, I know it has been created already, but it doesn't work. A oxygen mask! I don't know if it is me or everyone else, but I can't find out how to put it on.

I changed the light texture on the ELS Hazmat truck for the FDLC. I made the texture photo transparent. I imported it into the texture file on OpenIV. When I enable ELS, the light don't light up at all! How can this be fixed. Here is a photo! Sorry. Photo did not attach. Here is a link to my problem: http://img833.imageshack.us/img833/926/sicy.png

My GTA IV crashes after the games loads up. I found out that it is ELS V7 that is causing the problem. Is anyone else having this problem? Or does anyone know how to fix this?

I uninstalled recent mods I imported, restarted the computer, and still. But it's ok... for now. I am just reinstalling the game.

Basically title says it all! When I click on GTA IV, it won't load up. How can this be resolved?

Released or not, there is nothing wrong with it. For some vehicles, when you turn on a vehicle, the orange light go on, day or night, rain or shine. -
It's still a WIP. There said, that doesn't mean this is true. He might fix it later on in life, or he may not. Just remember it's not released yet.

If you tried everything you can, you might be out of options. Your computer probably can't handle GTA IV.

Usually when a new game comes out, it will first come out for consoles (just like IV), then later on, it will be avaliable for PC.

I know that, but I want it so that when the siren is playing, I can sound the horn without the siren stopping.

Does anyone know how to change the ELS setting where you can sound the air horn while the siren is still going? If you don't understand, please tell me. I will try to be as descriptive as I can.
