when i go on duty it crashes couple minutes later and i have a decent amount of mods and plugins installed so.... RagePluginHook.log

can anyone identify what this car pack is?

btw if you launch it it will get lspd first response has crashed in ur go on duty if u kept the vocal dispatch and the police smart radio no problem

yeah everything install this so u dont have to do it manually https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/gta-v-mod-remove-tool and when its done u verify game files if u don't know how to run this then watch this
