Here is another Christmas gift you guys. Another Whelen Dev part, this time the Avengers. This has both the single and the dual. Both have nice high quality textures and look great. Hope all you guys and gals love this. 
 
Also keep an eye out for my next release, A Whelen 500 series led with alot of extra's 
 
This is a development model, not a finished model, this is intended for developers.
Please do not download if you're new or have no idea how to use Zmod.
Can be converted to other games but credit must be given and ask first. 
Feel free to convert to the Avenger II, but again if used make sure to give credits
Should work with both ELS and Non-ELS
 
 
Note that this is gen 1 model of the Avenger, not the avenger II

Decided to do a K9 Door Cover for a 13 Tahoe.It is basically my first scratch modeled part in zmod.Its not perfect or that amazing but i think it gets the job done.Maybe you can use it.Enjoy.Merry X-Mas and a Happy new Year.Poly Count is for both door sides around 1.4k.If you are the author of the texture pls message me so i can give you credits.I couldnt find the real author of it.

It's a Chevrolet Tahoe K-9 unit. Pretty much a Christmas tree. It has hidden APLR's in the interior on the lightbar and one on the hitch receiver.

This a Alabama State Patrol CVE (Commercial Vehicle Enforcement) Tahoe. There is a spotlight included but it's extra_10 that will randomly spawn when you spawn the Tahoe.

Hey made this in 3ds max to use in my vehicles  figured other people might wanna have a play might not be perfect. I am just trying to give something back to the community.
 
This was made using a 2015 Tahoe for a template so if you merge it in a 15 tahoe it should be perfectly scaled and placed in the trunk, it can be used for a 13 tahoe or explorer whatever you like but you might have to play with it a bit in Vertex mode. Also there is two weapon holders one for shotgun and one for an AR if you want to add a bit more detail to it yourself.
 
Please use FULL credits without changing them you can make any edits you like on the models/textures but please keep the credits intact!

My second EUP Release, First thing I'm gonna say is that it's not perfect by any means. There's some colours off on some uniforms but I wanted to get this out to everyone as fast as I could, Gonna work on fixing them so don't worry. I tried my best to base this on Upper Macungie Township Police Department but I had to change some things because of GTA 5 limitations of course. Keep in mind this pack is fully compatible with my BCSO Uniforms and Glove Textures so you can have all of my three retextures at the same time if you want to.
