    Have you got it to work? Also i have the exact same problem but when i press the gear a windows problem report something pops up in taskmanager.

    I cant access the RPH settings (when you start RPH and hold shift) , it wont launch it feels like my pc is trying to but its blocked. Also i saw in task manager for a second a windows problem report or sum like that popped. Also the game ingame works perfectly fine like no problems at all not a single one.
