I have Updated the Latest version of ScriptHookV
I have used the advanced hook from both ELS 1.0.5, and the separate one when downloading ELS
I have deleted NVE.asi
I have deleted args.txt
I am out of ideas and was posting to the forums to see if anyone has any solutions that I have not tried.

A common complaint we’ve been getting recently is that our website and downloads are slow for people using Deutsche Telekom (DTAG) and other T-Mobile internet providers in Europe, especially during busy (“peak”) times.
The underlying cause is complicated, but in simple terms: DTAG appears to let some network connections become overcrowded unless the other side pays extra for better access. This can effectively create “fast lanes” for those who pay more. We (LCPDFR.com) and our providers don’t pay for these fast lanes, because it goes against the idea of a free and open internet. As a result, performance can drop at peak times.
This issue also affects major internet infrastructure providers, including Cloudflare.
More information:
German: https://netzbremse.de/
English: https://netzbremse.de/en/
The organisation above has submitted a complaint to the Federal Network Agency (Bundesnetzagentur), which is responsible for net neutrality and enforcement in Germany. They will review the complaint.
If you’re affected and you’re a DTAG customer, you can add your opinion in support of the complaint.

Hi!
I'm working on a concept for a voice-controlled AI dispatcher for LSPDFR. You talk — the dispatcher replies like a real radio operator, using GPT for dynamic conversation.
You'd be able to:
Say things like "Show me 10-8", "Any calls pending?", "Request backup", etc.
Hear fully voiced AI responses in return.
Get context-aware guidance, not just scripted lines.
🎤 Speech input → 🧠 GPT-generated reply → 🔊 Voice output.
Right now, it's a prototype running outside of GTA V — but I plan to bring it into the game.
Question: Would you actually use something like this in your patrols?
Would love to hear your thoughts, ideas, or concerns.

LAPDFR GET reacted to Cyan in LCPDFR Online Services returns - track your statsLCPD First Response (LCPDFR) - GTA4
Version 1.1 - Legacy Edition: ONLINE SERVICES
As part of ongoing discussions around the future of LCPDFR, we've decided to revive LCPDFR Online Services and have started the process of bringing these services up to date for the latest iteration of the website.
At the moment, you can track the same statistics as you previously were able to all those years ago with the initial online services enabled releases of LCPDFR. These include, but are not limited to:
Arrests made Tickets issued Times backup / NOOSE units / helicopter units and much more.
Old statistics have also been imported into the new implementation and are available.
Leaderboards and live activity may arrive in a future website update, depending on usage and time constraints.
Viewing your own, or someone else's LCPDFR statistics
You can view a user's statistics by loading their LCPDFR.com profile page.
For your own profile, the easiest way to get there is to click your user name at the top right of the site, then clicking Profile.
Then to see their LCPDFR statistics, hit the 'LCPDFR Online Services' tab. Only users with LCPDFR Online Services collected data will show a 'LCPDFR Online Services' tab.
By default, your LCPDFR statistics are shared publicly on your profile page. If you'd like to make them private, you can do so by selecting 'Edit Profile' on your profile page, scrolling down to the 'LCPDFR Online Services (GTA4) Legacy Settings' section and ensuring your 'Hide your Crime Statistics' box is ticked.
Linking your LCPDFR installation to LCPDFR Online Services
To link your installation to LCPDFR Online Services and start viewing your data on LCPDFR.com, you need to follow these simple steps:
Obtain your API key
LCPDFR Online Services uses a unique key to link your installation to your LCPDFR.com account.
The process for obtaining this has changed. For security reasons, you can no longer use the built-in Diagnostics Tool to link your installation.
Instead, visit lcpd.fr/legacypair whilst logged in to the LCPDFR.com website. You'll see your API key on this page, it looks like this:
In this case, your API key would be: 123e4567-e89b-42d3-a456-556642440000. Make sure the key is 'activated', if it's not, you can regenerate your key using the 'Regenerate' button.
Modify your LCPDFR.ini file to include the API key
You then need to copy the key from the previous step into your LCPDFR.ini file.
Open your LCPDFR.ini file, this can be found in your LCPDFR folder which is a subfolder inside your GTA IV fodler. For steam users, you can commonly find this in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto IV\GTAIV\LCPDFR".
Inside your LCPDFR.ini file, you'll find the [Networking] section.
Add the your key from the above step at the end of the APIKey=, so it looks like this:
Play LCPDFR like normal!
Whilst your play LCPDFR, what you do is tracked by LCPDFR and sent to LCPDFR Online Services. You can then find your statistics on your profile page. Please note that it may take up to 30 minutes to see your statistics on your profile page. -

LAPDFR GET reacted to MajikkMods in LSPDFR and play FiveM?So I have been on LSPDFR and Fivem in the past but I am just on FiveM right now, I know you cant play FiveM with lspdfr installed in your gtav directory but I was thinking what if you installed it in a mods folder? Would that make you be able to play both without having to install/remove lspdfr? Or will lspdfr not work?

LAPDFR GET reacted to MisterNounours in Five M and LSPDFRHello everyone,
I hope you're all doing well. I have a few questions regarding the compatibility of LSPDFR callouts with FiveM. We're planning to create a completely PvE server where players can do patrols together and accept PvE callouts cooperatively.
Is it possible to have this setup on a customized FiveM server? Any guidance or suggestions on how to achieve this would be greatly appreciated.
Additionally, since I'm new to this, if anyone has a detailed tutorial on how to set up a FiveM server, it would be incredibly helpful. We're looking to create this server to play with friends and would appreciate any resources or advice you can provide.
Thank you in advance for your help!

LivePD is a popular TV show that follows police officers on their patrols and captures their interactions with citizens, suspects, and colleagues in real-time. Status Updates
LSPDFR for Enhanced
We're very excited to announce that LSPDFR Enhanced, after months of development and testing, is now entering the next phase of the development process and is now available to our Insiders. We are deeply grateful to everyone in our staff team and closed testing community for their feedback and support that have brought us to this point.
The current build is largely stable, though a handful of bugs remain and we are not yet feature complete with Legacy. Development is advancing quickly, and each new revision brings us closer to a fully polished release.
Several community members have asked whether the Legacy edition will continue to receive attention. Both RAGEPluginHook and LSPDFR have been engineered to accommodate the Legacy and Enhanced branches side‑by‑side. With most of the heavy lifting complete, our goal is to roll out updates to both editions in parallel.
As soon as we’ve smoothed out the last few wrinkles and made sure everything runs flawlessly, we can’t wait to roll out LSPDFR Enhanced to everyone.
The new LCPDFR.com
Work on the redesigned LCPDFR.com is progressing steadily. The site and its companion, RDR2Mods.com, run on the same underlying codebase.
An early version of the community upgrade is already live on RDR2Mods.com, allowing us to gather real‑world feedback, refine new concepts, and further stabilize the platform before bringing the enhancements to LCPDFR.com.
We thank you all for your patience and continued enthusiasm, and hope to share even more with you soon.
