    Just an update for future reference. Any mods like 5real/La Revo, Beyond Realism, NVE that has independent interior designs, it will crash the game once the RPH load in, As Main.DisableMultiplayerMap inside the lspdfr.ini needs to be set to false for the PD Interior to work. Because to play those mods, the Main.DisableMultiplayerMap needs to be set to True.
