Hello everyone, this a free vest release with a gear setup. This download also has a GTA Enhanced Compatible download.

4 vest textures included from my San Andreas Mega Pack EUP as well as a .PSD file to allow you to create your own textures for the vest.

Currently there is only one setup of gear but I am open to ideas for more setups that could be added on in the future.

There is no one definitive download location for this as each person would want to replace a different thing within their EUP folders, you are expected to have a decent knowledge in replacing EUP models yourself if you go down that route. The Enhanced readme includes a guide on converting EUP to Enhanced.

This is a download of XML files that adjust ReportsPlus's charges and citations to fit California's charges and citations. Not a complete IRL copy. 
Let me know if you see any mistakes!

To install:
1. Open your ReportsPlusApplication folder.
2. Open "data" folder. 
3. Drag and drop my Charges.xml into the "data" folder. 
4. Click "Replace".
5. Done! 

Just to stop the comments about "is this coming to PR?" "Do you plan on converting to PR?" "When PR update?" "Will this work with PR" just know QR isnt as simple as drag and drop. It needs reworked from the ground up and ive been busy and lately, lacking spark to work on it. Be patient. It is in the works. Itll happen. Just got to wait. PR questioning is like 10x more in depth and complex than STP. ABOUT QR:
After making Charges Reborn and Search Items Reborn, I set out to fully overhaul the entirety of the STP systems and add questioning to the mix! I was held back by a lot but its finally in 1.0!
 
These questions encompass the majority of your needs with more updates and expansions to come!
 
Keep in mind the answers have mostly been generated by ChatGPT, which means it is AI content however it has mostly been checked by myself and ALL questions are written by me with help from others.
 
INSTALLATION:
Simple installation, just install into your GTA Directory and overwrite your existing Stop The Ped customquestions and trafficstopquestions.xml's

Charges for compulite based off the state of Montana. Will update later this month or next month with new charges as I find them 

This is a Livery Pack that resembles Marion County Sheriff's Office in Oregon. It's not 100% matching, but it's as close as  I can get to it.
