  1. I was wondering if anyone knows how to attach callouts manually. When a callout comes in, the attach button is always greyed out even though I am not currently attached to a call.
  2. Hello Lawry, this response is extremely delayed, but I hope to assist you. LSPDFR has a RagePlugin console you can access by pressing default F4. After pressing F4, In the menu, type "StartCallout" and then hit space. You will see a list of all available callouts from lspdfr and manually installed plugins. The first option you see should be "ArrestWarrant" which you can select. It will spawn a call. Follow the commands and have fun! Also, I find it fun when I do this to locate a clear spot, on the way, to pull over so I can spawn back up to follow me to the suspect's house. The way I do that is by using the "Ultimate BackUp" mod. I spawn 3-4 partners (make sure you set the option for them to have their own vehicle), and when I get in my patrol car you can signal your partners to get in theirs and they will follow you to the house.
  3. Do I not need the oiv file for OpenIV anymore? I can not find it on any of the EUP files I have downloaded.

  5. I was receiving the same message. How I fixed the problem was simple. 1) close all applications except Rockstar game launcher. 2) open rockstar game launcher, navigate to settings, and disable BattleEye anti-cheat. 3) Then relaunch everything, go to files, and select RAGEPlugingHook. Now everything should work fine. After disabling BattleEye you have to restart GTA for it to register. You can re-enable BattleEye after loading into story mode, it doesn't affect gameplay; however, I am unsure if it works without having to restart GTA again. If you restart, after re-enabling BattleEye you will find yourself right back to step 1 to access LSPDFR gameplay.
