Hello, In honor of it being October, I have decided to do a Halloween Livery Pack. I had this finished a week ago, but I procrastinated on taking photos and putting the file together. I finally did so. ENJOY!!! Vehicle Pack Used:

This is my very first public EMS livery!! I did one a while back for Carroll County when I did my CCSO & DPD pack, but I never released it to the site. I had a friend suggest it to me to make a SAEMS livery, so I did this. Click HERE for a preview video!! Please make sure to replace the lighting .dds files in the .ytd so you have Red/White lights if you want!! PLEASE do NOT sell/claim files as your own!!! Vehicle Pack Used:

Hello, This is a livery pack for RangerZ's Durango & Charger, used in his most recent BCSO pack (linked below) This pack includes the following: Ghosted liveries (gray & black), K-9 liveries (CHARGER ONLY), Supervisor liveries, Ghosted Supervisor Liveries. I suggest using the addon version of RangerZ's pack, as it allows all vehicles to be used!! Please do NOT claim/sell this pack as your own pack!!! Vehicle Pack Used:

Hello, I know I am a day late (probably 2 days by the time this file gets published) for 9/11, but I figured I'd make a livery for the LAPD and a 9/11 Memorial Unit. 9/11 is a day we take to remember the nearly 3000 people & first responders who lost their lives in the attacks on the World Trade Center in New York City, New York, on September 11, 2001. Attack Timeline: 8:46am - American Airlines Flight 11 strikes the North Tower (floors 93-99) | All passengers on board killed 9:03am - United Airlines Flight 175 strikes the South Tower (floors 77-85) | All passengers on board killed 9:37am - American Airlines Flight 77 strikes the Pentagon (western face) | All passengers on board killed 10:03am - United Airlines Flight 93 is taken over by the passengers and crashes into a field in Pennsylvania | All passengers on board killed Vehicle used: What inspired me to make this livery:

Hello people, This is ONLY a concept design for the 2024-2026 Dodge Charger Daytona R/T EV. I based the design off a post I saw on Instagram and just kinda free-designed it from there. This vehicle is made for the 2025 Dodge Charger made by Rabbit GTA V Development If you would like the license plate, follow these OpenIV paths (I suggest replacing the Yankton plate since it never shows on civ cars. Also replace the _n plate as well. I do believe I made it drag/drop for Yankton, but if not, just remember that!): Path #1 - x64e.rpf → levels → gta5 → vehicles.rpf Path #2 - update → x64 → dlcpacks → patch2023_02 → dlc.rpf → x64 → levels → gta5 → vehicles.rpf (MAKE SURE TO ADD THE DLC.RPF IN PATCHDAY2023_02 TO YOUR MODS FOLDER, IF YOU HAVE NO CLUE HOW TO DO THAT PLEASE WATCH A VIDEO!!!) Click on THIS for the inspiration post! P.S.) I do not care what you think about. I don't care about your opinions in general, so PLEASE keep your hate to yourself. I am always open to CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM to HELP me learn new things!!! DO NOT SELL/CLAIM FILES AS YOUR OWN!!! Vehicle:

This is a livery pack for OfficerArk's 2026 FPIU The pack includes: Deputy/Standard Sheriff Livery K-9 Supervisor This pack is mostly finished; the only updates will be small, minor design changes. PLEASE DO NOT CLAIM/SELL/STEAL ANY FILES AS YOURS! Pack:

This is just a basic SACSO 2026 FPIU Livery. I don't know yet if I'm going to make more liveries for this vehicle, maybe a supervisor livery. Please do NOT claim/sell/redistribute files as yours!! Vehicle Pack Used:

This is a livery of Indiana's State Capitol Police, run by ISP District 76. ISCP was founded in 1888, but merged with ISP in July 2002. This livery is made for TooRealCreations' ISP pack (available on his Patreon) I might make a few changes here & there with some textures, but nothing too major will be redone. This livery can be used for essentially any Charger that uses GeorgiaMoon's 2018-2023 Charger template. I'd recommend the ISP Mega Pack if you don't want to/can't pay for the Patreon release

This is just a CONCEPT design for CCSO/ISP. I personally am not a fan of the 2024 Charger EV, but I still want to make use of this model since I paid for it. You can obtain the charger from Rabbit on lspdfr.com or his Patreon. The Patreon version includes an unmarked charger and a sound for the charger so it's more realistic. DO NOT CLAIM/SELL ANY FILES AS YOURS!! Free charger variant -

This is a recreation of a prior pack I did a few months ago with DPD, but this isn't lore and has more vehicles/liveries to choose from. I included a CCSO Charger & FPIU! I plan on finishing the other vehicles from the pack eventually, but these are enough (for now) ALL VEHICLES INCLUDE REFLECTIVE LIVERIES PLEASE DO NOT SELL/CLAIM FILES AS YOUR OWN!! Vehicle Pack Used:

Hello, I'm back!! May is Mental Health Awareness Month, so I figured I'd make something. Here is a Mental Health Awareness Unit. Unit #198 The vehicle I used for the images is available in TrentMU's Discord server in #discord-present or TrentMU's Reflective LSPD pack!! If you and/or someone you know is struggling with mental health, text/call 988 for support!! Reflective LSPD Pack:

Hello everyone!! This was an original pack of mine that I never continued since I wasn't necessarily happy with those results, and after long consideration, figured I'd bring it back, but BETTER!! All vehicles in this pack will feature a plate bearing the most recent Dodge Emblem, which they switched to with the release of the Dodge Charger Daytona EV in 2025. I started back up on this pack last night. Not only does this pack feature the newer Dodge Law designs, but it also includes the older black-and-white color design. The newer design for the Durango isn't finished yet, but should be soon!! Pack this is usable with (same as always): PLEASE DO NOT CLAIM/SELL ANY LIVERY FILES AS YOUR OWN!!! Older original pack:

As of NOW, this is ONLY the FPIU since I haven't started on the Charger, Durango, etc... This is the best design I could come up with for NOW. I will probably fix/move stuff around on it as other vehicles get published with this pack!! PLEASE DO NOT CLAIM/SELL LIVERIES FILES AS YOUR OWN!!! This pack is usable with (you probably guess it lol) -
