This is a livery of Indiana's State Capitol Police, run by ISP District 76. ISCP was founded in 1888, but merged with ISP in July 2002. This livery is made for TooRealCreations' ISP pack (available on his Patreon) I might make a few changes here & there with some textures, but nothing too major will be redone. This livery can be used for essentially any Charger that uses GeorgiaMoon's 2018-2023 Charger template. I'd recommend the ISP Mega Pack if you don't want to/can't pay for the Patreon release -

This is just a CONCEPT design for CCSO/ISP. I personally am not a fan of the 2024 Charger EV, but I still want to make use of this model since I paid for it. You can obtain the charger from Rabbit on lspdfr.com or his Patreon. The Patreon version includes an unmarked charger and a sound for the charger so it's more realistic. Hello everyone!! This was an original pack of mine that I never continued since I wasn't necessarily happy with those results, and after long consideration, figured I'd bring it back, but BETTER!! All vehicles in this pack will feature a plate bearing the most recent Dodge Emblem, which they switched to with the release of the Dodge Charger Daytona EV in 2025. I started back up on this pack last night. Not only does this pack feature the newer Dodge Law designs, but it also includes the older black-and-white color design. As of NOW, this is ONLY the FPIU since I haven't started on the Charger, Durango, etc... This is the best design I could come up with for NOW. I made this pack for my hometown in Indiana. I hope you all enjoy. The quarter-window decal is the same one used here. This will only be for the FPIU, as DPD does not use any other marked vehicles.
