Please follow the instructions below Simply turn off Real Time Protection off for the whole PC and see if it works Run RagePluginHook as an administrator Follow this next step if you have turned off Real Time Protection and ran RagePluginHook as an administrator and it still hasn't worked Right click the GTA V Folder → Click Properties → Click Security → Click Edit → Check all the Allow boxes for the permissions This should fix your issue, if you don't know how to do the second step please reply back and I'll send screenshots on the step-by-step process

He is saying when he is in pursuit of a suspect he calls for backup and after a while they aren't in the pursuit anymore and the reason why I told him to download Ultimate Backup was because Ultimate Backup stays within the pursuit until it ends and the suspect is arrested, with the default one if they fall too far behind the backup disappears from the pursuit.

Please follow the instructions below Rename your mods folder in the GTA V File Directory to _mods and test it, ensure you have Heap Adjuster, Packfile Limit Adjuster and Custom Game Config and if it still causes you to crash revert any changes you made in the mods folder and rename the mods folder back Follow this next step if you have reverted mod changes and it is still causing you to crash Rename dinput8.dll in the GTA V File Directory to _dinput8.dll and test it, if this works then one of your .asi files are not working properly so you should rename dinput8.dll back and remove all .asi files and gradually re-add them & load GTA V to determine which is at fault Verify your GTA V game files
