Its an ELS-Hybrid pack! I just use ELS on models for stage-lighting. Currently learning DLC & I plan on releasing a ULC version towards the end of this month!- 3 comments

LSPDFR was down the other day. The last update with the fix wasn't approved until hours after it was back up. Should be fixed now! The cars crashing is a problem not apparent on my end, I've gone through all the files & even crunched the models themselves. I'll find a fix as fast as I can -

Thank you! If you don't mind me asking, which Legacy are you having problems with? GMs wigwags have not been as successful for me as Kane’s have. I do intend on fixing that in a future update!

I'm sorry you're having a hard time with attempting to change this to a addon/replace pack. However, republishing/sharing my files is against my & LSPDFRs TOS/TOU. Please do not ask, download, or share my packs with anyone! You can, however, share my packs via my publishes! Altering my files is also against my TOU. Please do not alter/change my files without permission! - This includes: Turing LSPDFR (ELS) Files into FiveM ready (AND/OR) changing anything BESIDES liveries & model names. For DLS/FiveM files, please ASK for the provided files. For replace files or FiveM files, please DM me via Discord, or join my server and create a ticket, an ask for alterations/support! I am more than happy to help on my free time.

Make sure you have the proper limit adjusters! I also use SSLA for all my vehicle models.

Firstly, of course! I do not know if the most recent update is working or not, as I had to compromise during the time it broke. Thank you for letting me know, this isn't showing on my end, and may require you to get the addition of SSLA! IF you do already have SSLA, then I will work on a fix asap!

Incorrect. Due to the limitations of ELS, I use sirens for the stages. I use a steady burn stage (accurate to OPD's 1:1 stages), and a drive pattern. Since I prefer a park pattern, I use the system from ELS to make the stages. While DLS is better, I'm too lazy to work with DLS files. The "hybrid" just means that you don't need ELS for the lighting. It's just recommended for a better experience. hope this helps!

SSLA is required for the pack! I used over 20 sirens for each vehicle (mainly the sweeping pattern for TAs).

Based off the CalFire Fire Investigator/Law Enforcement 2020 FPIU! Its not a 1:1 spec as I have no interior pictures, I just used what CalFire seems to still use interior wise. I am also missing the rear portion window guards. Inspiration: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g52F9HWFz2s

2020-2025 Oroville Police FPIU Package For lore accurate liveries, they'll be in my livery pack. These are based on Oroville's 10 Vehicle fleet (not including their 2 ghosted vehicles). They've recently retired their 2013-2015 FPIUs. The 2016-2019 FPIUs have been retired for years. I do plan on adding the 2020 FPIU Patrol Operations & an unmarked. 1. Drag & Drop the "opdpiu" into your "dlcpacks" folder: \Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks 3. Locate your ELS > pack_default folder, and drag & drop the ELS.XML files. : \Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default 4. Go to your dlclist.xml, and add "<Item>dlcpacks:/opdpiu/</Item>" Located here: \Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data > XML text > dlclist.xml 5. Enjoy!

Fictional CVPI Package, CA spec lighting, based out of no where. Credits: Underwood for the CVPI model, Kane104 for the Liberty I, CJ24 for various interior & exterior parts, CEO for the IONs! 2011 Sandy Shores Police Crown Vic Police Interceptor Package: 3 PPV's RFR, fitted with various Whelen lighting.
