try remove the following:

Automatic Siren Callout (Plugin has been discontinued)

Can you try loading into GTAV first and then load rage?

Yes you can delete the audio packs.

Have you made sure to install AdvancdHookV seperatly when installing ELS? Did you download ELS main files, then separately install advanchedhookv?

yes, delete what youve installed

Right click gta5 main directory and click into more and go to properties, and then go to security. Make sure all boxes are ticked execpt for special permissions.

Better EMS (good alternate is Ultimate backup)

These files were installed incorrectly:

CalloutInterfaceAP (Drag this file into GTAV directory)

Seatbelt (Drag installation files into GTAV directory)

These are common mistakes, to simply install correctly read the README provided in installation files.

These are all the wrong logs, the log should be called RagePluginHook.log, it would be under your RagePluginHook.exe

rename your mods folder to _mods, if your game works fine after changing the mods folder to _mods, that indicates a faulty mods folder. Because we have no way to determine what’s wrong with your mods folder, you should try restarting the mods folder.

Can you post your ragepluginhook.log please, no one can help you if you don’t post that

Could you post your ragepluginhook.log and your scripthookv.log and your asiloader.log please?

Please post your ragepluginhook.log otherwise no one can help.

Navigate to your lspdfr.ini and go to DisableMainGameBlipping= true 

Also, you possibly have corrupt game memory, go to your settings whereever you bought gta and verify your game files.

Have you recently installed NVE reshade?

try renaming mods to _mods. Also idk if this is revelant but when i first installed a mods folder it was called mods with lowercase m, not uppercase.

try renaming your mods folder to _mods

add your entire GTAV directory into your systems antivirus exepctions.

delete your GTAV.exe and verify your game files.
