Hey y’all. Today I present a 2013 Ford Police Interceptor Utility based off the Chicago Police Department in Illinois. I attempted to recreate the lighting patterns, equipment used, etc. as best as I could. While it may not be a ‘perfect’ CPD vehicle, it is very close to accurate. 

 
It offers five extras which includes; driver spotlight up, passenger side spotlight up, driver side spotlight down,  passenger side spotlight down, and parking lights.
 
The model comes standard with blue & partial white lighting. Furthermore, it comes with a Chicago Police livery by Nasty Designs.

Smoother Gameplay
===========================================
 
This .bat file allows your game to run at a 10-15+ fps advantage.
 
EVERYONE READ:
1. How to make it work: Download this .zip file, open it and drag the launcher.bat file to your desktop. Once you have completed everything below this, double click and wait.
 
2. This .bat file increase your game's frames by at least 15fps. For it to work, you need to go into your Grand Theft Auto main directory, find the application for RAGEPluginHook, and right click and "send-to desktop." Once it has been sent to your desktop, you need to rename the shortcut by getting rid of "shortcut" and just have it named like this: RAGEPluginHook. If you'd like to rename the shortcut something else, just right click on the .bat file, press edit and change the name beside the "start" line to whatever the shortcut's name is. (refrain from any spaces)
3. Once you double click the .bat file, it will launch RagePluginHook in high priority, meaning it will run at an advantage compared to everything else. Once RagePluginHook has started, wmic (TASK MANAGER,) will make the two processes (gtavlauncher and the sub process - and make them idle) meaning it will make it so these two processes aren't taking up any more CPU time or memory, because the GTA V Launcher itself takes up more CPU than the game itself. (Because it is a huge application for any PC to start up, and the Sub Process just hogs up more CPU and Memory.)
4. (Additional Notes) - If you'd like, which was kind of explained above, you can edit the .bat file. You can get rid of the "timeout 60" if you'd prefer, or just lower it. The timeout is there just in case you are busy and can't press "enter" right away. It gives you 60 seconds before it kills the process and you must double click it again.

Tactical Response Backup brings a more immersive, tactical, and voice-driven experience to LSPDFR by integrating with Grammar Police, Ultimate Backup, and Callout Interface.
Instead of calling units through menus, this plugin lets dispatch assign backup automatically based on callout priority phrases, or and lets you request any number of units by voice command. All responding units are announced by dispatch and logged in Callout Interface for realism.

Das Fahrzeug bietet eine Vielzahl an Funktionen, die es so realistisch wie möglich machen:

- Dach-Matrix-Anzeige (ASG): Auf dem Dach befindet sich eine aufklappbare Matrix-Anzeige (ASG), die „GEFAHR“ anzeigen kann.
 
- Zirkon-Balken mit Front- und Heckanzeigen:
  - Nach vorne: Der Balken zeigt „STOPP POLIZEI“ an.
  - Nach hinten: Eine Matrix im Balken ermöglicht die Anzeige von Richtungspfeilen um den Verkehr nach links zu leiten.
 
- Beleuchtete Bedienteile: Im Innenraum sind beleuchtete Bedienelemente und Funkgeräte verbaut
 
- Beleuchtete Dashcams: Sowohl nach vorne als auch nach hinten gerichtete Dashcams
 
- Blaue Heckwarn-Einrichtung: Im Kofferraumdeckel ist eine blaue Heckwarn-Einrichtung integriert, die nach hinten abstrahlt.
 
- Reflektierender Skin: Reflektierende Skin-Layer ermöglicht das bestimmte stellen wie z.b Reflektionstreifen bei licht reflektieren
 
- Bewegliche Antennen: Die Dachantennen bewegen sich dynamisch mit der Fahrt, um das Fahrzeug noch lebendiger wirken zu lassen.
 
- Detailgetreuer Kofferraumausbau: Der Kofferraum wurde so originalgetreu wie möglich nachgebaut, mit vielen kleinen Details.
 
Außerdem wurden zahlreiche kleine Features integriert:
Dazu zählen Informationen wie das Restzuladungsgewicht, reflektierende Kennzeichen und viele weitere "Nice-to-have"-Details, die den Realismus erhöhen.
 
Dieses Fahrzeug ist ein Gemeinschaftsprojekt, und ohne die Unterstützung von Max und Justin wäre es nicht in dieser Qualität möglich gewesen. Vielen Dank nochmal an euch beide für eure Mühe und euer Engagement!

The vehicle comes with a wide range of features to make it as realistic as possible:
 
- Roof Matrix Display (ASG): On the roof, there is a foldable matrix display (ASG) that can show “GEFAHR” (DANGER).

- Reflective Skin: The skin includes reflective layers, allowing areas like reflective strips to react realistically to light.
 
- Dynamic Antennas: The roof antennas move dynamically while driving, adding a lifelike touch.
 
- Detailed Trunk Setup: The trunk has been recreated as faithfully as possible, with many small details included.
 
Additionally, numerous small features have been integrated:
These include details like the remaining payload weight, reflective license plates, and many other “nice-to-have” touches that enhance the realism.

Regular Callouts
Welcome back to Regular Callouts! This pack may be familiar to veteran players as it was formerly one of the Top 10 most downloaded Callout packs on LSPDFR.
 
This callout pack offers a total of 23 diverse calls, including everyday scenarios, exciting and challenging special cases, as well as three Callouts inspired by LA Noire. Most calls have numerous spawn locations throughout the entire map, ensuring a unique experience every time.
 
This was my first attempt at creating Callouts and coding in general. As I gained more experience, I made expansions and tried new things with each call. However, I was unsatisfied with how I coded the earlier callouts and did not want to rework every previous one. Instead, I focused on entirely new projects. Nevertheless, letting this pack sit on my PC would be a waste, and perhaps new developers can still learn a few things. That is why I have made this pack open-source.
 
I have made minor updates to ensure that the callouts work on the current LSPDFR version. However, I have not made any bug fixes since the last release of the Callout pack. If you encounter any bugs, please report them, and I will work on resolving them.

How to install:

ABOUT
      Interior Callouts is a unique callouts pack that utilizes Enable All Interiors to create intense, realistic police/SWAT scenarios. Each callout is meticulously crafted to provide a sense of real-life police interactions, where people are inherently unpredictable. This callout uses randomized probability to decide on the behavior of every single AI in each call, ensuring multiple different outcomes and maximum replayablility.
 
While there are only two callouts in the pack at the moment, each provides a unique experience.
 
      Trespassing – A police scenario, with multiple different locations and 25 different outcomes.       Barricaded Suspects – A police or SWAT scenario, with 3 locations and an almost infinite number of outcomes, no playthrough will be exactly the same. There will be certain objectives to achieve during every scenario, which will be scored at the end of the mission.

INSTALLATION
1.            Download Enable All Interiors and unzip the file.
2.            While in the “scripts” folder, open EnableAllInteriors.ini and change the following settings under [MISC]:
               a.      ENABLEMARKERS_TELEPORT = True
               b.      ENABLEBLIPS = True
3.            Drag and drop the ENTIRE “scripts” folder from the “Enable All Interiors Mod Files” folder into the GTAV Root Directory Folder. The whole scripts folder is transferred.
               (EX: E:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V)
4.            Download ScriptHookV and unzip the file.
5.            Open the “bin” folder. You can safely delete the following files (optional):
               a.      NativeTrainer.asi
6.            Drag and drop EVERYTHING from the “bin” folder into the GTAV Root Directory Folder.
               (EX: E:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V)
7.            Download the latest version of Script Hook V Dot Net Nightly from the GitHub page under “Assets”. Unzip the file.
8.            Open the unzipped ScriptHookVDotNet-v folder. Drag and drop EVERYTHING from the “ScriptHookVDotNet-v” into the GTAV Root Directory Folder.
               (EX: E:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V)
9.            Download the InteriorCallouts files from the LSPDFR page and unzip it.
10.          Open the unzipped InteriorCallouts folder. Open the IC_INSTALL_FILES folder.
11.           Drag and drop EVERYTHING from the IC_INSTALL_FILES folder into the GTAV Root Directory Folder
               (EX: E:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V)
 
HOW TO PLAY
Barricaded Suspects
1.       Ensure LSPDFR is loaded, and you are on duty. You can either wait for the callout to spawn randomly or use a callout launcher.
2.      Arrive on scene. Prepare equipment (armor, long guns, etc.).
3.      The location of the entrance to the callout should be marked on your map with a white garage symbol. 
          
         Once you are at that location, you may see a blue circle, which you can stand inside and press “E” to enter the interior. If there isn’t a blue circle, look for enterable doors. You can just walk through these doors to enter the interior.
4.      To command a suspect, aim your weapon at them, and then press Y to command them. (A prompt should pop up in the top left corner of your screen)
5.      Continue to interact with them until an outcome occurs.
         a.      Some suspects may not respond to commands, this is intentional, and they may also walk away from you.
         b.       If the use of deadly force is necessary, use it.
         c.      If a suspect is compliant or has given up after the interaction has finished, arrest them (with StopMyPed or LSPDFR Vanilla Arrest) and move on.
6.      Defend yourself if necessary. Some suspects may not want to talk.
7.      Go slow, be careful. You can die easily.
8.      Complete all objectives. Objectives will pop up as completed when they are fully finished. Your performance will be scored at the end.
9.      Once all suspects, civilians and objectives have been completed, a prompt will show up to end the callout. Attend to the leftover suspects as you see fit.
Trespassing

If still not working, fully delete the callout and requirements, and do a fresh install.        If Interiors are not enterable, confirm EnableAllInteriors is installed correctly, with the latest version of SCHVDN-Nightly.         Note: If your computer is considered a “potato” it is highly likely that EAI and this callout will not run correctly. About This Mod
Campus Callouts is a fully scripted LSPDFR callout pack focused on ULSA located near Rockford Hills. You’ll respond to realistic campus incidents like fights, stalking, protests, trespassers, and even a school shooter scenario. As someone who loves the niche part of police calls, I decided to expand on Abel Gaming's University Callouts to introduce a fresh new scene to the university we all know and love!  Each callout was scripted with immersion and replayability in mind. Whether you're calming a protest or chasing down a clown, there's always something new happening on campus.
 The Origin
This pack was built with full permission from @Abel Gaming, who originally created University Callouts. Six callouts from his original mod were adapted, edited, and expanded for this project:

Download and extract the ZIP archive
Drag and drop the lspdfr and plugins folders, as well as the included .dll files into your GTA V directory
Overwrite if prompted
Launch the game via RagePluginHook and go on duty
 
The .ini file allows you to adjust keybinds and toggle features.
Located at: Plugins/LSPDFR/CampusCallouts.ini
 
IMPORTANT:
If you’re not using Blueline Dispatch, make sure this setting is set to False to avoid missing audio
 
Updating Campus Callouts
Backup your CampusCallouts.ini If you've customized keybinds
Delete the old audio folder
Install the new version as described above
Replace files if prompted
Launch the game via RagePluginHook

BVA–Basic Vehicle Actions is a script modification that adds some simple vehicle functionality, including persistent braking lights, the ability to toggle the engine state, indicators, and parking mode. It also allows custom vehicle exit styles to better suit the user's gameplay.
 
DESCRIPTION
− BVA provides several simple vehicle features.
− You can toggle a parking mode (to save your vehicle), toggle a vehicle’s engine state, and use indicators, among other things.
− BVA allows for persistent braking lights whenever a vehicle is stopped.
− BVA also allows the user to choose an exit style (from 3 available) for both short and long presses of the vehicle exit button.
− BVA includes a seatbelt feature and the ability to shuffle vehicle seats.
− BVA includes custom sounds for added immersion.
 
NOTES
− Consult the FEATURE INFO file to learn more about BVA and its features.
− The parking mode feature is disabled by default, as it may cause issues when using a controller.
− You may enable the feature in the BVA.ini file.
 
INSTALLATION
− A GTAV ScriptHook must be installed for any .asi modification to work. The original may be found HERE.
− Using script modifications in GTA Online can result in a temporary or permanent ban from the service.
− 1. Place the .asi and .ini files provided in the download inside your main GTAV game directory.
− 2. Modify the .ini file as you see fit.
− 3. Start your game.
