sign into rgsc online go to games > gta v make sure your profile is linked, then from there go to vehicles and use the category tag to go to emergency should look like this

Not sure if you can view them but on my RGSC account I can see my usage for all emergency vehicles http://socialclub.rockstargames.com/games/gtav/career/vehicles/michael/emergency/

Make sure you put the ASI INI and the ELS folder in your main directory go into the INI and configure what cars you want on and off

Alrght So Ive Run into an issue I Open The Textures Browser Import The Basic Generics Then The Textures From The Model yet when I import it it looks like this Ive never had this before and ive rebooted my laptop and stuff but this is still happening

I Realize that, Ive just re-textured it Id only be submitting the skin for upload not the model obviously

Would anyone be interested in this if I uploaded? Im not sure if anyone uses this model anymore for clans etc

I dont think you'll be able to find a police version you can request mods here '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> if someone can find an unlocked model they'll do it

There may be a way to do it if you took the textures from the state trooper and put them into the police texture so they would be on active duty wherever the police would be but other than that you can not assign who drives which car other than yourself but as previously stated alderny has non stop state troopers Im not 100% positive so dont quote me Best Of Luck
