I'm having an issue where I can't launch the game using rage plugin hook. let me summarize this ive been having issues with LSPDFR and its my first time downloading it. i watched countless tutorials and did a lot of things. i got an older version build and put it in my folder and whenever i launch rph it opens up RGL and rgl force updates because it opened after that i cant get the game to open up because its updated to another version i turned off automatic updates but it updates on startup i tried doing -scOfflineOnly but it became online when launched with rph i tried turning off my wifi but it wouldnt launch pls help
