I'm having an issue where I can't launch the game using rage plugin hook.

let me summarize this

ive been having issues with LSPDFR and its my first time downloading it. i watched countless tutorials and did a lot of things. 

i got an older version build and put it in my folder and whenever i launch rph it opens up RGL and rgl force updates because it opened after that i cant get the game to open up because its updated to another version

 

i turned off automatic updates but it updates on startup

i tried doing -scOfflineOnly but it became online when launched with rph

i tried turning off my wifi but it wouldnt launch

 

pls help

If your game already updated prior to you obtaining that older, build, it will continue to update. It would be beneficial for you to just wait for RPH/LSPDFR to update.
