    they're all false positives, RPH is not a virus, it is only detecting a virus because RPH injects itself into GTA5.exe to work, which is a common trick viruses use to get into your system. Exclude the GTA V folder from your antivirus or temporarily turn it off until the game loads up.
     
    this is a known problem because of the new windows defender update.
    it usually detects 3-4 viruses, one of them wacatac, but it is a false-positive
