Do you have any plugins, ASIs or scripthookv mods? If so try removing those and retrying

Hello, I am not sure either but here is a couple solutions that may fix this; Solution 1: Rename your mods folder to _mods and retry loading the game. Solution 2: Download and install the newest version of ragenativeui > https://github.com/alexguirre/RAGENativeUI/releases

Can you upload your ragepluginhook.log and your scripthookv logs

Have you added the XML files for the vehicles?

You will need to delete your mods folder and start again

Are you trying to downgrade your GTA 4 version? if so you need to check the scripthookv install in the downgrader tool

Mods folder should have the following; x64 folder update folder files from x64a.rpf to x64w.rpf your mods folder should be roughly 100gb if done correctly. As well for your error, send your ragepluginhook.log file from your gta 5 folder

Heres a solution I found from a similar post, try this; Please make sure phone notifications are enabled in the GTAV settings

Looks like Section136Callouts plugin caused the issue, Try removing that plugin and getting back to me

It looks like RegularCallouts is the issue for your crashing so delete the plugin and try again, Also update your LSPDFR, Ragepluginhook and GTA 5. Update GTA 5 by deleting GTAV.exe and verifying your games files
