@PieRGud @Alex_Ashfold Tried a manual installation, tried OIV. Still nothing. Menu pops up in game, says it's not installed.

@PieRGud Yep. Looked it over. Some of the hats even come out as white and black, failed textures. It's something with the .rpf's, or I'm not doing the installation correctly. But I did it with the OIV, meaning, something is wrong with the textures, or?

@PieRGud All of the stuff is in my dlclist.xml correctly. The main modification and the addons are installed correctly, in the dlcpacks. I even did the oiv. Still not working.

I had it enabled. When I went to select it, it stated "You do not have Emergency Uniform Pack installed", and none of the addons either.

Having the exact same issue... Addons aren't being detected. Why is it that I used the OIV, have the menu, but it says that I didn't install it, when the menu pops up?
