    Yeah that's how I figured out that the gameconfig file was the issue, by disabling the mods folder with just gameconfigs in it, its unfortunate as I have a few mods I have to keep out for now until gameconfigs gets updated. Edit: As of this edit, this is no longer an issue, and the xml has been updated, thanks folks.

    Not sure if its an issue from me or my install but after the latest legacy update (v3889.0), GTA V does not load and after playing the intro movie, cuts to black and never loads the game. No issues with the xml before this. I have it installed in the mods folder in OpenIV in the correct location, and personal testing found no other mods are causing this issue.
