    yeah it was on 20 and it everytime i pulled someone over nothing would happen. I increased the chance and it works better now thankyou

    when i pull people over, they dont do any of the things there supposed to do like get out and shoot ect. Ive looked at the ini file and everything is set to true but its still not working and i dont know what to do
