Riskier Traffic Stops not working properly

when i pull people over, they dont do any of the things there supposed to do like get out and shoot ect. Ive looked at the ini file and everything is set to true but its still not working and i dont know what to do

Ive noticed the same thing, hence why I was just googling it and found this post. if anyone knows why let us know. It says its loaded in everytime I reloadallplugins but I've never notice any of its features

 Afaik it's supposed to happen once per some time.. if you would get it almost everytime what surprise and fun it would be?

By default settings, outcomes will be triggered randomly, it does not happen every single time. 

 

If you prefer an outcome to be triggered more frequently, open the .ini file and increase the "chance" value.

yeah it was on 20 and it everytime i pulled someone over nothing would happen. I increased the chance and it works better now thankyou
