As the manual transmission mod is only compatible with updates before the 3095, I may not be able to change to newer versions of LSPDFR or RPH otherwise that mod may break or not work. So I am a bit stuck here.

Not sure if your referring to "Lenny's Mod Loader" but if you are, no I do not use that mod

renamed it to "_mods" without quotations and yeat the issue still persists. This is the most recent crash log generated. RagePluginHook_17042024_074001.log

My game was working fine yesterday but when I was trying to boot up the game this morning, it crashed at the "loading population and world" thingy. Not sure if it is a mod of because of the new update. Currently using 3028.0 version of GTA V. RagePluginHook_17042024_071058.log
