After installing martinct's German Shepherd / Malinois - K9 Dog (link below) I've noticed that this k9 model was spawning randomly around the world, so I made a fix:
 
 
If you don't want to see this model being spawned in the world, used by peds as a pet, go to
mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/ai/ambientpedmodelsets.meta:
and search for       <Name>ANIMAL_DOG_SHEPHERD</Name>
 
You will see this:
 
 
Two Options:
 
1. Replace the model (some people have issues having the new replaced dog model spawning still with the vest on, dunno why this issue is, I think due to be using another k9 model mod).

Grappler brings a whole new way to tackle vehicles fleeing from you. 

I want to give a HUGE thanks to @RogueThunder for making the grappler model and @Scorpionfam for making the lowering animation. Without the help of these devs this plugin would not have been possible. 
This plugin is set up to use custom made props, meaning it will work with any police vehicle you want. You just need to configure the offset for the vehicle you're using and save it. The offsets will save to an xml file so you won't have to remake the offset every time.
Using the plugin is very simple, once its set up in the right position, just press the key defined in the ini to deploy it, and then you can grapple any vehicle you want. Once everything is complete, press the same key again while in the vehicle to reset it.

Hello LCPDFR! I am finally back to developing for LSPDFR after quite some time off! I am currently working on a new callout plugin based solely on ULSA! These callouts will be pre-defined locations throughout the campus area! I am going ahead and putting this file out to get some suggestions on things you as the community might want to see in this plugin! I am excited to see what all ideas you all come up with for this plugin! Sometimes in LSPDFR, I really enjoy to slow down and do day-to-day calls. I plan on adding some more high action callouts with this, but also plan to stay fair to my roots!

Stolen Vehicle | A stolen vehicle is on the move. Locate and stop it before the suspect flees or causes damage. Mugging | A person is being robbed at gunpoint. Respond quickly to secure the scene and apprehend the suspect. Pursuit | A suspect is fleeing at high speeds. Join the pursuit and prepare for evasive maneuvers or a foot chase. Person With a Gun | A witness reports someone openly carrying a firearm. Respond immediately and secure the situation. Public Intoxication | A heavily intoxicated person is causing a disturbance. Ensure their safety and take appropriate action. Domestic Violence | A domestic dispute has escalated. Secure the victims and detain the perpetrator. Convenience Store Robbery | A silent alarm was triggered—possible robbery in progress. Approach with caution and secure the scene. Welfare Check | A caller is concerned about a missing person. Check their residence and assess the situation. Suspicious Activity | Reports of suspicious activity in a residential area. Investigate and determine the individual’s intent. Dead Person Found | A civilian found a body. Confirm the situation, investigate, and notify the coroner if necessary. Dangerous Animal | A wild animal is causing chaos. Secure the area and call animal control if needed. Vehicle On Fire | A vehicle is burning with a person trapped inside. Rescue them and request fire department support. Possible Solicitation | Reports of illegal solicitation in a public area. Investigate and take appropriate action. 911 Prank Call | Teens made a fake 911 call. Respond, educate, and issue citations if needed. Public Disturbance | A dispute involving a security guard and a civilian is escalating. De-escalate and restore order. Traffic Stop Backup | An officer needs backup at a traffic stop. Respond quickly and be ready for anything. Arrest Warrant | Locate and apprehend a suspect with an active arrest warrant. Proceed with caution. Vehicle Stuck on Train Tracks | A vehicle is trapped on the tracks with a train approaching. Act fast to save lives. Attempted Burglary | A break-in is in progress. Arrest the suspect and secure the property. Resisting Arrest | A suspect is fighting or fleeing from officers. Assist in detaining them safely. Witness Protection | Escort a high-risk witness to safety while avoiding threats and ambushes. Organized Street Race | Illegal street racers are tearing through the city. Intercept and shut it down before someone gets hurt. Steak Out | Conduct surveillance on a suspicious location. Gather intel and wait for the right moment to act. Forestry Wild Animal | A dangerous wild animal is loose in the area. Secure the scene and call for animal control if needed. Illegal Fishing | A person/s are Illegally Fishing in public spots.

Translations | TAGs Callouts currently has 5 supported Language Translations. 🇩🇪German, 🇪🇸Spanish, 🇫🇷French, 🇮🇹Italian & 🇬🇧English. If you are wanting to help by translating the pack to another language, Join the discord and let Me or a Staff member know. Disclaimer Not all Callouts are Translated yet. WIP Outcomes | Callout outcomes (excluding pursuits and fights), are mostly random. There are some hard coded events, but they will be worked on to make them a bit more random between replays. I am trying to achieve a better level of replay-ability. A few callouts currently support this. Career Stats | Inspired by 686 Callouts Stats system, I have developed my own for this pack. They show you your actions when patrolling, The good, the bad and the ugly. Leveling System | I wanted to go a step further from the stats, now TAGs Callouts will track everything you do, and provide XP based on your actions. Arresting a Suspect, going onDuty, entering a Pursuit, etc.. [What is PitTimerPlus?]
 
PitTimerPlus is an LSPDFR Plugin I've developed which keeps track of how long a pursuit has been running for and when you're allowed to radio in to request a pit maneuver.
Your Pursuit has to be running for a certain amount of time for you to be allowed to perform a pit maneuver.
Please have a look at the "PitTimerPlusSettings.ini" file for message and time duration customizations.

Hello everyone! Wow, finally updating the description on this pack is hard to do, because mostly I don't know what to put anymore. I want to start with by saying thank you for over 50k downloads, this pack has come a very long way from the start, and even further away from the very first release for FHP, which I would have to agree myself, it was wildly inaccurate, but this new pack is the most accurate it's ever been, which help from my friend echooo who is a Florida native, and who helped push me to get these things as close to the real life counterparts as possible. And now I am finally releasing LORE skins for this pack, which is a first ever for me. My time working on this pack, has also helped me new friends in the dev community, such as Skys, and Jank who I have both worked with to make FHP not only better and more compatible with his pack, but to also release new things, I probably wouldn't have ever made.
 
Guys! It's finally done! after 3 years of work, I am finally pushing out the final release to FHP, the full release. While I say final release, it the final release for any major changes, every update after this will just be visual updates, and fixes to things that might still be broken, the pack was tested heavily before release, so every car should be good to go. Everything after this update will just introduce fixes to lighting, livery updates for both real & lore ( if I remember to do lore liveries ), and so on. I am so happy to finally have this done. I've been working on it for over 3 years, and have put close to around $400 into the pack to make it the best I can. 
I want to think everyone who has worked with me on the pack, to improve it and make it better. I also want to think everyone who tested it, and helped report major issues so they could be fixed, and I also want to thank my good friend @Echooo who not only put his own money into this project, but spent a lot of his own time, helping with the lighting, getting as close to real life as possible, thank you man!
I have big plans for the future of car development, including canceling old projects that I was going to work on, and only focusing on fresh new stuff, things I have never worked on before, I hope to see everyone on my next release! < Also is you want to learn more about this, you can join my discord, and I have it listed in there!

I recommend everyone download this mod, it goes great with the pack, and @Pavy was nice enough to take his time and make this, it sure does go a long way and makes this pack even better that now you can see what your driving before you even spawn it! 
Do be warned though, some images may not reflect changes made to cars since this pack is still currently in the beta stages.

Description
This mod adds police vests, belts, and other equipment to GTA V.
Features
The vests fit properly with various outfits! No awkward gaps or improper sizing!

Installation
First, install EUP.
To use the new vests, you must install this mod too.
 
It is strongly recommended to back up the original files before installation!
Open the File folder.
Using OpenIV, navigate to:
Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\eup\dlc.rpf\x64\eup_componentpeds.rpf
Open the corresponding folder (e.g., vest, earpiece, etc.), and place the folder (e.g., mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_vinewood) that contains the files you want to use.
In-game, change the TASK category.
If your character’s vest (or other item) has changed to the one you installed, the installation was successful.
If installed correctly, the added folders should look like this:

This file has been continuously updated as my assets and skillset develops. Today, I'm prod to be able to release this vehicle with a complete overhaul. This vehicle has been completely redone from the tire up. The vehicle base has been changed along with many other developmental parts. This vehicle features the best equipment the modding community has to offer. Thank you to the amazing devs that put in countless hours. This vehicle still averages an insane amount of downloads DAILY. If you have previously used this vehicle, the old version will be included in the download should you choose to use it. Like I stated previously, all the lighting has been redone. I have tried to keep the lighting scheme similar for those who liked it how it was. The antennas have also been redone to reflect a more realistic police vehicle antenna setup. Check out the roadmap for projects coming in the near future. If you made a livery for the old version, it should still work with the new base.

What it does
EUPToUB is a simple plugin that prints your current worn EUP Outfit to a text file. From there you can directly copy the contents of the text file to your Ultimate Backup XML Files
 
How to use it
Load the plugin Equip your outfit in EUP Menu Open the F4 Console and type "PrintCurrentOutfit" To save your outfit to the ConvertedLines.txt Profit! You can now use the line(s) that were spat out in your UB XML for the ped configuration. Just make sure to change the Chance value.
