ok I did that and it still crashed

As soon as I hit launch RPH with story mode the game says initializing game support then crashes. I validated all of my files on steam, renamed my mods to _mods, and reverted all of the recent changes to my mod folder, installed game config, heap adjuster and packfile limit adjuster as well but nothing works any ideas what it could be or a fix? RagePluginHook.log

As soon as I hit launch RPH in story mode the game loads for about 5 seconds then crashes. I've validate my files nut nothing is working, any help? the last thing i added to my game was this license plate pack and ever since, my game wont work. RagePluginHook_25032024_233404.log

Everytime I try launching Rph I get game launch error Please try again later Error code:7002.1. Does anyone know how to fix this? I've tried uninstalling and redownloading the game, verified the game files with steam, even deleted rockstar launcher and redownloaded and nothing works. It wont even let me launch GTA V without RPH
