I have uninstalled dashcam but the computer still does not work.

When I pull over a vehicle and try to check the license the computer does not pop up. I have deleted lcpdfr and reinstalled it and I as well reinstalled my Gta 4. I have added a picture of what happens. All support will be appreciated.

From my last post i said my gta has a black screen. But then I went to gta-downloads.com files and got the backup files. I put them in the folders. Then this happens. (picture down below). Then i have a fatal error. Please help!

Thanks but in my gta folder when I go to pc then data I put the stuff from the backup folder thats from that website you have me. When I start up my game I get a fatal error called 619723791

How do I use the backed up files. I suck at this stuff

Thanks i forgot that I had backed up my files so I don't need to re install the game.

I installed a graphics mod here is the link: www.gta4-mods.com/misc/stunning-graphics-iv-version-11-f7896#download I uninstalled it by deleting its files When I start my game my screen is black like so (i added a attachment with the picture).

Does any body know a ELS tahoe (marked) that has a lot of lights and has good handling? Thanks

when I PRESS J to turn on the lights (els) it does not work. It takes a million hits on j to turn on the lights !!!!!!!!!!!
