to 0 thanks it worked, but do you know why i lose my weapon when i write GiveWeapon WEAPON_CARBINERIFLE? like i hold it for like 3 seconds then it just disappears?

I think it may be something with EUP because when I dragged it out of plugins folder everything worked. What can I do to fix that?

I don't know when I'm typing ReloadAllPlugins it crashes, I installed everythin just as the guy from tutorial. I am 100% sure he did it right because I installed it like 2 months ago and everything worked. Now I wanted to play as a cop and it doesn't work.

im reinstalling it third time im gonna update in about 1,5h If I have this error, do I click yes and just continue or leave it?

and now it loaded but no plugijns, callouts nothing works its just bugged as hell

idk if it has something to do but i use windows 11 home

I don't know how to fix it, I reinstalled LSPDFR, reinstalled GTA V and every other mod that I downloaded. I tried disabling and enabling custom loading screen but I don't know if I made it right. Here's the RPH log:
