  1. Interesting. Most of his vehicles would not spawn in their correct regions for me without EUP UE and editing of its respective xmls. LSPD units spawning in Blaine County/Blaine County vehicles in Los Santos County/City for example. I thought it was due to the pack adding vehicles beyond the range of the default ones? For example Police 6-8, all of the Blaine County vehicles, SAHP non-motor units, Los Santos International Airport units. I’m still learning myself, so I apologize if I’ve referenced bad information.
  2. If you’re using Thero’s pack, siren limiter isn’t necessary. ELS doesn’t need it either. You’ll want to add EUP Ultimate Edition in order to get the most out of that pack. If you need, I can share some examples of xml configurations to get the vehicles and agencies working correctly. Haven’t quite figured out how to implement the smaller agencies like Sandy Shores and Paleto yet though.
  3. Post the RagePluginHook.log from your main GTA V directory.

You need one of these files for EUP outfits to apply to NPCs. Basic covers only the agencies from the base game, Ultimate Edition applies to the base agencies and includes new agencies such as the Blaine County Sheriff’s Office and Los Santos Port Authority.
  5. Well, if you’re still looking Thero’s State Wide pack is pretty good and covers a lot of ground. Seems the most complete of any packs I’ve found.
  6. If you mean the intro cutscene you need to finish the first mission before loading LSPDFR.
  7. Not sure if it’s the entirety of your issue, but the version of IG Callouts you’re using is outdated. Update that and try again.
  8. Good evening. I have a car pack installed that includes some smaller departments such as Sandy Shores and Paleto Bay PD. Is there a decent way to add these departments, have them patrol their respective areas, and respond as local backup? I have Ultimate Backup and EUP installed. I assume I can add lines to the customregions and backup xml’s, but I imagine they need to be created within the agency xml first, and those lines refer to a script at the start of each department. Any clarification would be appreciated!
  9. Yeah, I bit the bullet and installed it. Seems to work great, no troubles so far. Much nicer than dealing with AI constantly driving into you and others.
  10. Great pack! Has remained a constant in my mod list. I had no issues with the latest version following the install instructions in the video. The only oddity I’ve encountered is that I can walk through the side of the SAHP Durango. The BCSO Durango does not have this issue. Haven’t figured out how to implement the smaller agencies such as Sandy Shores and Paleto Bay PD, but I appreciate their inclusion!
  11. You should only need to copy/paste the stoptheped.DLL and the localization.ini from the folder to update from an older version. I forget exactly how it’s structured, but the .DLL will be the only file with a recent creation date.
  12. As the title says, does the Scene Manager mod still function? I see it’s no longer supported as the author has retired from modding. I haven’t had a chance to try it, but one of the callout mods I’ve installed suggests it. Anyone running it on current build?
  13. I’ve noticed when I exit a vehicle, the ELS patterns revert to the default settings. They change back to whatever I’ve got set upon entering the vehicle again. Is there a way to make the patterns persist after exiting the vehicle?
  14. Just to verify, you only one have one RageNativeUI file in the GTA V directory yes? Is the EUPMenu plugin loaded? You can force it to load by entering LoadPlugin EUPMenu.dll in the console. You definitely want to use the latest version. The one that comes with EUP is outdated.
  15. Kuchera Callouts sounds like it may fit your needs. It focuses on more grounded day-to-day callouts, and does have some medical response ones as well. I’d also suggest Ransom Radiance as it adds events between callouts which spawn based on time and location. BLK Highway Callouts includes some nice traffic details.
  16. EUP (L&O, S&R, Menu, UE Config), ELS, Ultimate Backup, StopThePed, Compulite, CalloutInterface, BLK Highway Callouts, Kuchera Callouts, Ransom Ambience. SimpleHUD is great as well, but I haven’t managed to get it functional in my current stable build. I really enjoy the callouts I’ve listed as they’re a bit more grounded in reality than the typical packs full of pursuits and shootouts. The events added from Ransom Ambience are very nice. Gives you something to do between calls aside from traffic stops. I’d like to try Scene Manager, but it’s no longer supported so I’m not sure if it’s still functional. Also a shoutout for Thero’s State Wide pack. Covers a large amount of agencies including additional ones such as Los Santos International Airport.
  17. They were, but it seems to be resolved after making xml changes. All seems to be functional now. Thank you.
  18. Good day. I’ve recently reinstalled GTA V and am working on building a stable modded experience. Thus far, I’ve gotten LSPDFR, ELS, EUP, Stop the Ped, Compulite, and Ultimate Backup (and they’re required files) to play fairly well together. However, I’m having issues getting the correct agencies to spawn in their proper areas. What is the recommended approach to configuring proper jurisdictions? I’ve tried a few ways, but have had to roll back due to crashes. Thanks in advance!
  19. Alright, I’ve got SimpleHUD running now, it’s great. Had to remove some of my callouts. Not sure which one was the problem, but my game is running much more stable now. I’ve installed 686, really enjoy the dynamics of it versus others I’ve tried. Still get a few LSPDFR plugin crashes, but they’re much less frequent now. Also added GrammarPolice. Didn’t think I’d enjoy it, but it’s freed my hands up versus going through the menus. I’d like to try the FoSA mod, just hesitant as I’m only on a laptop. Might tax my memory a tad much.
  20. Thanks Lenny. I’ll look at your HUD suggestions as well as the FoSA mod. Those callouts sound ideal. I’ve seen a few with such tasking, but they seemed to no longer be supported. This is my first experience with LSPDFR, but I had previously spent many hours with LCPDFR. Had quite a few “oh, right I remember this!” moments when installing mods and editing registries. Again, I appreciate the suggestions!
  21. Hey everyone, I just got into LSPDFR, and back into PC gaming in general after a long hiatus. Any suggestions for additional mods to add to the experience? I have a fairly stable, small set of mods installed currently. Primarily, I’m looking for suggestions for a functional HUD with street names and such, possibly some improvements to the map, and maybe some additional callouts. Would like some callouts that aren’t necessarily chases and shootouts, more monotonous tasks would be great (assist with traffic stops for example). Running LSPDFR, EUP (plus L&O and S&R addons), Stop the Ped, Ultimate Backup, Simple Callouts, and Wilderness Callouts currently. Thanks in advance!
