JapanesePoliceOfficer got a reaction from Name Taken in Why can't I change a ped's Combatdata in Peds.YMT?I found a solution to this problem, so I'm leaving a note for anyone who is having the same problem.
The default peds.ymt (file size around 240) is encrypted, and if you open it in edit mode and save it, the game will refuse to start. To start the game normally, you need a decrypted version of peds.ymt (file size around 2400).
I couldn't find a way to decrypt it, but as long as the file itself is decrypted, I looked for a MOD that provided a decrypted peds.ymt and used that file. Copy all the contents of the encrypted peds.ymt you have, overwrite the contents of the decrypted file, change the parts you want to edit, save it, and finally replace peds.ymt from the encrypted one with the decrypted one, and you're done.
The decrypted peds.ymt file extracted from the MOD is edited for that MOD, so don't forget to overwrite the contents with the default contents.

JapanesePoliceOfficer reacted to BlueLine Vibes in Always Clean VehiclesYou can achieve this also with Simple Trainer under the Vehicle God Mode Setting. Look for the settings feature of God Mode below the enabled and you can enable or disable certain aspects of God mode if you like. For example, if you want all the realistic damage to occur like normal but only want to enable a clean vehicle 100%, there is an option at the bottom for that as well.
As far as backup responding dirty you can go to the vehicle meta file and look for as an example below
<dirtLevelMin value="0.300000" />
<dirtLevelMax value="0.850000" />
Change values to 0
The vehicles do spawn in and also backup do respond with cleaner vehicles. I would say about 98% cleaner than normal.
