ok so i just installed gta iv and it have a couple error in the instaling and now my game dosent have sirens on the police car on the deafult cars i didnt install any models yet ....

wait a second i get ya handling.dat thats the code yea ? so i have 1 more prog that called GTA IV Vehicle Mod Installer its install all the handling and the car but then after like 5 minutes playing its just exit the game and thats it and thats the car http://www.gta4-mods.com/vehicles/hummer-h2-2010-limited-edition-f17232
