Small vehicle pack inspired by Ventura County Sheriff Office.
Exterior equipment of the cars and most of the lighting modes roughly correspond to the real prototypes of the models. Interior equipment is completely fictitious and may not correspond to the real prototypes. Cars in the pack have equipment in the trunk, detailed and detailed interior equipment. Antennas on the roof of the cars are dangling. Spotlights are activated using modkits through the trainer. Using modkits, you can also put a glass of coffee cup or cola in the cup holder in the car console. Video with lighting patterns.

All marked vehicles in the pack has both standard liveries in the style of the Ventura County Sheriff's Office and lore version (Ventura County / Blaine County).
 
How to install:
Singleplayer
1. Start OpenIV.
2. Navigate to the 'mods' folder
3. Move the provided "vcsopack" folder inside: mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
4. Locate 'dlclist.xml': mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
5. Add the following line to the bottom: dlcpacks:/vcsopack/
6. It's done!

FiveM
- Drag and drop "VCSOPack" in the resource folder in your FiveM Server;
- Add "VCSOPack" to your ULC config.
If anyone can help with converting for singleplayer, please PM me on discord.

DESCRIPTION
A large pack featuring replacement and addon vehicles for various San Andreas law enforcement agencies, alongside a minor map edit of the Davis LSSD station.

This pack has been in development for more than 3 years,
almost every model has high quality assets made from scratch by me and my friends
(from lightbars, to interior equipment, custom rims, pushbars, etc.)
this ensures a fresh and consistent look for all included content,
which makes the pack stand out in the sea of lore friendly emergency vehicle mods.

Not all planned agencies are featured yet, and some current ones lack vehicle variety,
but this will be adressed in future updates.

INSTALLATION
1. Start OpenIV.
2. Navigate to the 'mods' folder
3. Move the provided "11john11_sapo_pack" folder inside: mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
4. Locate 'dlclist.xml': mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
5. Add the following line to the bottom: dlcpacks:/11john11_sapo_pack/

Note that this pack makes use of the new siren shader Rockstar Games
introduced on police cars from recent DLC.
If your lights are barely visible make sure following values are present in the visualsettings.dat:
(located in: mods\update\update.rpf\common\data)

You can increase the "on" values if you feel that your lights are too dim, I recommend a value around 750 for day & night

Translations | TAGs Callouts currently has 5 supported Language Translations. 🇩🇪German, 🇪🇸Spanish, 🇫🇷French, 🇮🇹Italian & 🇬🇧English. If you are wanting to help by translating the pack to another language, Join the discord and let Me or a Staff member know. Disclaimer Not all Callouts are Translated yet. WIP Outcomes | Callout outcomes (excluding pursuits and fights), are mostly random. There are some hard coded events, but they will be worked on to make them a bit more random between replays. I am trying to achieve a better level of replay-ability. A few callouts currently support this. Career Stats | Inspired by 686 Callouts Stats system, I have developed my own for this pack. They show you your actions when patrolling, The good, the bad and the ugly. Leveling System | I wanted to go a step further from the stats, now TAGs Callouts will track everything you do, and provide XP based on your actions. Arresting a Suspect, going onDuty, entering a Pursuit, etc.. Realistic Vehicle Light Malfuntions makes LSPDFR player's games more immersive with a small detail. In this script AI vehicles have a
chance of spawning with 1 of the following, blown headlight bulb, blinker, or a tail light! You can fully customize the probability

At the request of another player and others I've uploaded the none Halloween version as the main file. If you still want the Halloween version they have been uploaded as extras on this file. The date should be available however please check later if not.  I've created these two vehicle over the last couple years for Simulator Liam and a couple other LSPDFR creators. They are quite old in terms of when I made them so I thought I may as well release them now. There is some issues with the vehicles, such as the dials not wanting to work.

These are put together with the upmost accuracy, although not perfect. There are not any plans currently to make cars the department doesn't have ie; Dodge Charger, full non els/els lighting, and non lore liveries.

To anyone wondering about the VCSO Tahoe in the background of the screenshots; I made it, it's not publicly available yet, it will be at some point when I have time to get it to a point where I'm satisfied.

Hello! Here is a texture pack based off of ASP (Arkansas State Police). This pack is not to resemble the irl lighting package or pushbars for ASP. I do highly recommend using all blue ELS that come with the vehicle pack, and to remove the "STATE TROOPER" on the pushbar of the Crown Vic.

This is a livery pack for the 2016 FPIU and the 2018 FPIS. Based off Orlando Police it resembles the feel of Orlando Police with the look of LSPD. This is a high quality 4K that works with this FPIU and this FPIS. I've added two seperate VCF's inside the file. I did a manual toggle vcf and an automatic toggle vcf. Many people have different preferences and so i've just went ahead and added both into the file.
 
IF YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW TO INSTALL THIS VEHICLE INTO YOUR GAME THEN I'D RECOMMEND JOINING MY DISCORD AND THERE YOU WILL FIND INSTALL TUTORIALS THAT WILL COME IN HANDY !
 
In order to add a livery to the vehicle, Go inside the Durango_hi.ytd and replace either (dur_sign_1-4) and save the ytd into openiv !

Stage 3: Full lights, Code3 (Nothing further to say here cuz ig you know what that means).
 
1. ELS Three Parking Light Stages:
First of all what is a parking stage or parking mode? Basically when you leave your vehicle the car switches to a different light pattern, pulls the parking brake and for example turns on hazard lights. Well i have made 3 parking modes for each stage.
Stage 1: Slow traffic advisor to signal cars to either switch lanes or be warned there is a cop car on the road. (You can for sure use this as you prefer)
Stage 2: A red and blue light on the lightbar will switch to hazard blink pattern and also turns on traffic advisor. (I made this mainly for traffic stops but you can for sure use this as you prefer)
Stage 3: Well this one is my favorite well maybe you already been in the situation and had a pursuit or something and when it came to an end all emergency vehicles with their full light setup flashed around and especially at night that can be really giving you a headache. Well and that's why if you are on stage 3 and leave the vehicle you will get a slow pattern which makes work way easier and especially when there are many officers on scene it gives you a more relaxing atmosphere.
(All these modes will be automatically turned on when you leave the vehicle.)

After making Charges Reborn and Search Items Reborn, I set out to fully overhaul the entirety of the STP systems and add questioning to the mix! I was held back by a lot but its finally in 1.0!
