My most recent crash log. I noticed when i used the panic button and then cleared the scene (code-4) it crashed.

Tbh Idk - maybe there is smh in UB.ini or STP.ini

Is there a way to reduce responding units when using the panic button? I feel like that is the main reason why the game crashes. I will keep a note of that when I am playing. Thank you for your help!

Imo IGCallouts can stay at your plugins - I use it for some time and it don't cause problem.
 
 Sadly sometimes game like to crash with STP and UB - still trying to find a solution how to fix it. Mostly it crash when you call a lot of backup/other AI like medics etc. If you stay a bit more when they are doing their job (taking arrested one to their car/cpr victim etc) then it should be ok. Also don't grab arrested one and try to put him into AI car cuz it's will crash too when you already called a transport unit. You can try disable AI blips and check if it help.

Okay, I have removed IG Callouts, changed " Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter = true ". And as for the crash being related to StopThePed and Ultimate Backup, how can you tell that is the case? The file attached is the most recent crash before I applied said solutions. Does Packfile Limit Adjuster, Heap adjuster, and GTAV Resource help at all? Or can they cause more crashes? Thanks!

Couple of things:
1. Remove: IG Callouts for an improved experience.
2. Go into your lspdfr.ini and change the following to reflect below:
Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter = true
3. The crash appears to be related to StopThePed/UltimateBackup. You can either reload your LSPDFR and keep playing OR you can try renaming mods to _mods and see if you experience any further crashes.

Do the log because that file wont do anything to help. Also are you sure you did it right? Read the read me again of the car packs and reply back to see if it still works/doesnt work even after reading the read me.

deleting the mods folder seems to have fixed the issue

Do you have anything else installed? It could be a old plugin. Try to redownload lspdfr and make sure to backup your plugins els and mods folder just in case.

Every time that i add a new car or addon to my game, on start up rph crashes. Ive tried removing plugins and scripts but cant seem to find the issue. I have also removed ELS to see if thats the problem but crashing still continues. Here is my crash report:

whenever i try to load the game just get stuck on the loading screen saying loading story mode. i disabled all plugins though RPH still having the same issues i already have heap adjuster and packfile limit adjuster i disabled battleye i dont know im usually pretty good at figuring this stuff out but im stumped
