Every time that i add a new car or addon to my game, on start up rph crashes. Ive tried removing plugins and scripts but cant seem to find the issue. I have also removed ELS to see if thats the problem but crashing still continues. Here is my crash report:

Do the log because that file wont do anything to help. Also are you sure you did it right? Read the read me again of the car packs and reply back to see if it still works/doesnt work even after reading the read me.

Yes i made sure i installed it correctly at least to the read me file. heres the newest log of the crash

Do you have anything else installed? It could be a old plugin. Try to redownload lspdfr and make sure to backup your plugins els and mods folder just in case. 

deleting the mods folder seems to have fixed the issue

Oh well. Must've been a bad mod ig. If you need any other help just tell me.
