    Its a replace and a bonus add-on. You could also rename the files for any specific car to be police 1-4.

    If you use addon folder it doesnt just dont transfer ELS files for police, police2, police3, police4, fbi, fbi2. The addon changes them to police5-7 and fbi3 and 4

    Hmm replace. I have everything maxxed. In openiv I see the _hi ytft has everything and its still missing on the standard yft But lo and behold I decreased everything then set everything back to High and now it works.

    Police 3 is missing a steering wheel and instruments for me in first person view, I checked the yft in openiv and its not there either.

    In the carvariations meta some of the model names are listed as pdpd1, pdpd2, ect instead of pbpd1, pbpd2 ect
