SirenMastery - UI ONLY MODE
PLUGIN UPDATED PLEASE REMOVE ANY OLD VERSIONS.
Finally the modified version of SirenMastery (UI ONLY MODE) is here for the public, credits to Albo1125 for making this mod.
In this version the plugin will need to be in Plugins\LSPDFR to make it work, others have been asking me to drop it as a Plugins only for EMS and stuff, I'll release a separate version for that with different UI system. The reason for this is to avoid excessive of loading screen when launching the game and to make it as a clean build. So far the mod has been working fine without any major problems working with ELS and DLS, I recommend to see the KeyboardConfig.ini to learn or adjust current keyboard settings for your build.
There's also new features added where you can edit the UI in game and will be saved to their respective ini files.
Pressing LSHIFT + ENTER will send you to edit mode (if you see two cursors that's ok, I plan to remove the regular windows in a next update).
Scrolling UP and DOWN will make the UI size bigger or smaller by 0.02 decimals, you can also change it in UIConfig.ini.
There isn't siren sound files from the regular version with this plugin, therefore NAudio files are removed.
If you decided to make your own UI design, just make sure you are using the same names that UI folder and ON folder has.
Credits goes to Albo1125 this is edited from the open source code in GitHub, this plugin is not intended to be stolen or make any profit with it.

INTENSE EFFECT
Adds a cinematic vignette effect that reacts dynamically to combat situations, bringing a new level of intensity and immersion to GTA V.
The vignette pulses with every shot you fire, darkening the edges of the screen to simulate the adrenaline and stress of a firefight. When enemies are shooting nearby — even if you're behind cover — the effect still triggers, capturing that tense feeling of being pinned down under heavy fire.

INJURED STATE 2.0
Welcome to InjuredState v2.0 — the most significant update to the plugin since its initial release. This version completely transforms the injury experience for LSPDFR, moving far beyond a simple ragdoll and countdown system into a fully dynamic emergency response simulation.
When an NPC attacks you, the game now responds like it should. Police units are automatically dispatched Code 3 to pursue the suspect, an ambulance races to your location, and a tracking blip marks the attacker on your minimap in real time. If the suspect is taken down by responding units the blip turns into a skull at their last known position. If they are arrested it disappears cleanly. When paramedics successfully treat you, you automatically rejoin the active pursuit — no menus, no keypresses, no interruptions to immersion.
Vehicle strikes are handled separately — any NPC driver that hits you triggers pursuit backup units to chase them down, with an ambulance only called if the impact actually injures you.
Every injury type now has its own behavior. A headshot gives you just 60 seconds before your condition becomes critical. A leg shot sends you limping immediately. Torso hits are handled by health degradation as before. Treatment is no longer a guaranteed outcome. Paramedics have an 80% chance of saving you from a normal injury and a 50% chance from a headshot — reflecting the severity of the wound. If they fail, the screen fades and you bleed out.
All of these values are fully configurable in the InjuredState.ini file that is automatically created on first run, along with toggles for the officer down system and vehicle pursuit backup.
Both PolicingRedefined and UltimateBackup are fully supported with matching behavior — pursuit backup, ambulance dispatch, and treatment animations work the same regardless of which backup mod you have installed.
Requirements
To fully use all v2.0 features you will need the following installed:
LSPDFR.
RagePluginHook.
DamageTrackerFramework (DTF) — required for bone-specific injuries, headshot detection, leg shots, vehicle strike detection, and the automatic officer down system. Without DTF the plugin runs in v1.0 compatibility mode — health polling, limping, and manual ambulance call only.
PolicingRedefined or UltimateBackup — at least one is required for backup dispatch and ambulance. The plugin detects whichever is installed automatically at runtime — no configuration needed.

Hey there, are you tired of every time you hop in the game having to click on rage plugin hook, then click in the steam message to accept the launch game with custom arguments... well i did, especially when you're putting or fixing mods over and over. so I created this launcher where when GTA V is started after 30 seconds the rage plugin hook starts. No more dealing to click here and there anymore.
Just put the "GTA V - RPH Launcher.bat" in your GTA main directory and create a shortcut to your desktop(by right clicking the file - send to - desktop to create the shortcut).
Trust me when I say this, after making this launcher I feel that my gta boot up faster and I can go to do something else while is booting up to gameplay.
