This vehicle was created for an agency within a group I work for. I really loved this car when I finished it personally. While the car has a smaller amount of lighting, it is well covered for a city department, working the beat jurisdiction that this vehicle will be assigned to task. Thank you for viewing my photos! -
Gentlemen, I have been having this issue for a day now. I have tried re installing the newest version of LCPDFR three times, and it still does this. When I load in, I see the GTA IV previous save of Neko standing in the apartment, then it immediately fades to black. Once it fades to black it crashes. This is LCPDFR because before, it would load and then place me in my Police2 Slotted car, automatically. I have removed the LCPDFR mod, removed all my cars, and it continues to happen. Yes, this is a fictional livery. State Agencies employ wither Highway Patrol, State Police or State Patrols, which commonly resemble a structure of both. A highway patrol has more motorist tasks, while state police will commonly be "full service" which means they are the primary source of law enforcement in rural areas, where-as highway patrols focus on roadway policing primarily. Now, all law enforcement agencies no matter the branding assists with backup, no matter the type of call. To the person that commented on the lights, thank you. I try to keep lighting reasonable on vehicles that have an over-head bar, such as this one. With the all blue deck lighting and tag LEDS, there is an adequate amount of both rear and 360 degree coverage in my view. -

Therefore, there is a large amount of rear lighting so the vehicle can be visible at anytime, a integrated rear amber traffic adviser in the back of the lightbar, with adequate front lighting. There is a fullbar mounted on the front of the vehicle for pit maneuver, and clearing vehicles from the roadway when the need may present itself. -

Thank you both for the quick help. Well, for most cars in use, they're being ripped illegally anyway without the purchase of manufacturer licenses.. what's giving a model to a buy who will use it personally, for some cash gonna hurt haha? It's just a car model... Not looking to crash a conglomerate, and I give my word and will sign anything stating that to those who would be willing to offer it. Not just anyone can do the work they do, but I think offering it for payment is a happy medium. Once again thank you very much for the assistance. I would give up a lot for a Ford Taurus or Chevy Caprice.

Modding Community, Happy New Year! I have a request. I'm needing at least one of the vehicles unlocked. The Ford Taurus Police, Ford Explorer Utility, or the Chevrolet Caprice. I am a vehicle modder who have been searching for these vehicles unlocked for some time. I know it's difficult to get these cars. I would not reupload them, and would sign some sort of disclosure to vow that. These are my terms. I will pay some kind of compensation, for one or all of these vehicles. If you have it, please just PM me and give me a quote. If that is not what you would like to do, I will purchase the model and you can convert it giving it to me for my use and yours as the modder. Very nice! Quick question. What makes your wig-wag headlights dim in and out? Is it the ENB you use or an ELS setting? They actually look real not just a white light coming on like ELS has made mine always look. Thanks in advance for the help!!!

In my opinion, it depends what agency you're trying to find information about. For local police/sheriff, COPS is your best bet. However I've talked to many people who worked in departments such as Brevard Co. Florida, about the COPS TV crew. They do ride-a-longs with a department for about 4-5 months at a time typically, so the footage of pursuits and fleeing subjects is often occurrences that happen over a wide period of time, not everyday on the job. When it comes to state, I think Alaska State Troopers is a good show for that. However, I think there should be another state agency on TV. AST is not a good replication of state law enforcement in the, 'lower 48.'

You're welcome. For example in that folder there are .ini files for each car slot. Be sure that each .ini files are named correctly. Then go in the ELS.ini file in your main directory, and see if the the name matches the .ini name from the ELS folder. For example. [ FBI ] Status = on File = Fbi Whatever the file name in the ELS folder is called for the, "FBI Slot", be sure it says that in the ELS.ini in your main directory. If all your settings are correct, you may have the J key for ELS 7 mapped to another function in your game. Be sure to go start menu - control - keyboard mapping, and make sure nothing is mapped to the J key.

Hey man. 1st. Make sure you have the ELS folder in your main directory, and be sure you have the els.ini settings correct. Then, if you have a trainer be sure you either have keys disabled or the trainer disabled.

Great model. I wish there was a way we could replace that clipboard that spawns when you issue a citation, with this model. Granted it wouldn't be realistic you throwing a $400+ touch-pad on the ground (lol) HOWEVER, the use of clipboards is equally unrealistic in this decade of LE... everything is print and electronic. Unless your department has the budget of a one room barbershop.

NYC has some great rooftop bars... Also, they have one of the few all ice bars. Glasses, stools, everything is 100% made out of ice. Bring a coat lol. Aside from Chinatown, Little Italy, and others... Broadway. Great nightclubs. Fashion everywhere. Restaurants also... search those out. Try new denominations of food. (Be sure the restaurants are in good areas and have good ratings)

Wow... just fantastic model! Hate to be 'that' guy, but how's the progress coming? The lighting looks great... defiantly will be a good slicktop CVPI for the inventory. -

I really like how you release a bunch of CVPIs with different lighting packages. It gives us options! For example, my ideal CVPI would be this exact car with some rear deck lighting, maybe 2 strobes on the left and right of the taillight. For others this may be it! You have a good design strategy going here friend, I wish you got paid.- 30 comments
