Will if lml wasn't working wouldn't that mean I would not have the mod cars?

This great stuff that you helped me out with. I really do appreciate it, but unfortunately I cant seem to get the lights to work. There is no tint on the windows and besides the light bar on the top does not flash. I think im going to give up because I dont want to waste anymore of your time. Maybe this mod is not compatible with the new update, I have no idea. As far as LML goes I use it so it automatically installs the files where they need to be. Seriously though I do really appreciate it.

well im not sure. lml makes it alot easier to install with just a few clicks. I just dont understand because the cars get loaded, just no lights only flashing tail lights

so should i not install that pack with lml then? Also do i need to install and other things like the "openiv" i keep reading about or like the "gameconfig.xml" file that i keep reading about?

I could not find any of that. So I deleted all the mods and tried that way and everything worked perfect. So I deleted everything and going to start from scratch. So the things I have downloaded so far besides the game. Lspdfr Lml This is the mod I'm trying to use. I have not redownload yet. So if you could tell me any other files to get mods working that would be great.

Im very new to this. I have downloaded some mods and it seems like it does not matter what mods i use i can only get the tail lights to flash. I see all these videos that they have every light flashing. Obviously im missing something. Can someone help me out.

Ok thank you. I figured there would be a topic for noobies but I couldn't find one Quick question though. Does every mod that people post on this site work with the lcpdfr program that is required to download first. Also does that file go into for instance \Grand theft auto v\update or does it go into a different directory?

So I'm not sure where to post this. I'm brand new to this. I saw all these videos about these mods for a while now. So I went out and bought GTA 5 for pc and bought a computer. I have the basic lspd file installed and it works great. I'm looking for the best mods to download to get the most fun out of this game. I tried downloading some add ons like a new vehicle but I guess I did not do it right since it don't seem to work. Can anyone help me?
