What is the DLC List file name? I have tried FPIU, fpiu, FPIUK, and fpiuk.

What ever the folder name is will be the DLC List file name.  For instance this one it will be

<Item>dlcpacks:/FPIU/</Item>

Again, as stated above, that has already been attempted. 

Then you did not do it right. Do you have simple trainer or something like that to spawn the vehicle?

Yeah, i've searched by model name, spawned by model name, and gone through all the add on vehicle menu.

So to spawn it in game , if it was installed correctly, the name of the model should be FPIUK. Also, if the creator of the vehicle ends up seeing my message this is a great vehicle, hope that you end up making a R&B version of this in the future.

The spawn name should be Fpiuk, and not «Fpiu»

yeah i had to rename the fpiu folder name to fpiuk

Forward facing amber is absurd, but at least the model is good... 

a slicktop 23 tahoe would be great with this good job
