You can replace all cars as you would normally with models like police2. However, it isn't recommended. Since Rockstar started adding police vehicles to the game, here is an updated list of all the ones so far as of Bottom Dollar Bounties and Agents of Sabotage (and ones yet to be released with drip-feed that I am aware of, though it should be available to modders with updated games)

Hello Everyone,

During the Insider testing of Enhanced I have created my first draft of a guide to help people convert EUP & Vehicles to Enhanced. For me everything works great.
Note that during the time of writing DLS did not work on Enhanced but it now does work on Enhanced, ELS still does not work on Enhanced. EUP Menu does not work on Enhanced.
I do not mind people DMing me on Discord "Ouxlaw" for some support but if you see me in some generic support server you may ping me there too, the reason I created this forum post is so everyone can get together with potentially compatible vehicles or other things that we can add onto a guide for other people.

The main goal here is if someone finds a vehicle that they converted to Enhanced and works straight out of converting, they can post it here and I can add it to a "Compatible & Convertible Vehicle List" to help more people. If there is more things that need to be guided, let me know down below and I will add onto the guide with more things than just EUP & Vehicles.
If anyone else posts about EUP or Vehicles then they can be referred to this post!

Nope, don't have vfs.dll,  I will not install the LSPDFR Compatibility patch as it disables ScriptHookVDotNet which is a vital component to run several of my scripts. 

But just a side note,  removing the NVE.asi  worked 100% 😆

I do not believe the issue was fixed on the October 10th NVE release.  From my understanding the only issue that was fixed was the new custom weathers. Even after the very latest release, still same issues with ELS.asi and after that further down the line, it is trainerv.asi,  then openallinteriors.asi.  I am truly amazed by the lack of people that use NVE with Reshade and have ELS installed on the NVE discord.  I think all 3 people that posted about it including myself are in this very thread 😆

I will take out the Reshade from the main game folder and see if it also helps.  I will come back and post my findings and not do a drive by post and leave everyone hanging.

Do you happen to have NVE installed? You will need to install the LSPDFR compatibility patch within the NVE download. This will delete your ScriptHookV.net files, so you will need to reinstall them. You can safely reinstall them without breaking the compatibility patch, I am not entirely sure why it removes them.
 
If you do not have NVE, can you post a screenshot(s) of your main directory and scripts folder?

@Back12 posted evidence of ED conducting business on this site. Is that not an enforceable rule since it's not allowed? This guy is actively doing this to multiple people. I get you can't control what's done on discord but at the very least you can control his actions on this site. Or no?
This is very true. I've confirmed this with razer. Razer said he's been banned for using leaks and yet he's still posting razers models on his builds. Crazy. 
He gets the site clicks man. That's all they really care about. People don't know better. They see nice screenshots and don't really know the trash behind it. Devs work hard to provide content for free and it's guys like ED whos ruining the reputation of this site and the moderators don't care. I stand by my first comment. He's protected for some odd reason. If only they knew the lies he hides behind. 
 
When I first started modding, he reuploaded one of my vehicles with his texture. I asked him to take it down and he got nasty, saying very questionable things.   It's sad that he allowed to be a cancer to this community.
