  1. Not really a solid program out there for a gaming community I don't think. You could always create one, but you'll need database knowledge, PHP, MySQL, html, CSS, etc. to get started.
  2. I'm going to be pretty blunt and say you seem very short and also very underweight. I'm not sure about your age, but depending on that you may not be done growing. I'm not sure on police standards, but military has very tight restriction on height/weight. I sit right on the border of unacceptable, even though I get told I need to put on weight by my peers, but not to the military. You're best bet it to speak with someone there, they can give you a more trusted answer. As for being a police officer, it's not for everyone. You will be dealing with people twice the size of you, and it would be very difficult for someone of your size to step up to. Eat healthy, put on some wight, and train.
  3. Well pretty sure it has to do with RageNativeUI.dll. In your folder it has v. 1.3, but Arrest Manager and Traffic Policer use v 1.3.1. So if I use your .dll those scripts won't load, but if I use their .dll, your callouts won't load. I just found out this is the same issue with a couple other callouts I have... Not sure if it's a global issue or just me?
  4. I can't seem to get it to work? I played around for about an hour and no callous came from this mod. I tried to remove most of my other call out scripts, but nothing new came in, only the default ones. Really would love this to work as I get tired of city patrols.
  5. Good choice young grasshopper. Everybody has their preferences and some choose to not release their mods. But not releasing a mod everybody already is suspicious about is not a very smart thing to do, to get your name out there you must release it to the public first and then you gain reputation in the gaming community. Also if we are taking up your time while you read and respond to our questions, I recommend you hire a public relations representative that will handle all press releases and questions from the media or any other people. They will make you job a lot more easier and not so much like hell so you have more time to work on this mod.
  6. Well Firefighter is a friend of mine, and as I said in the previous post, it's not only media that asks questions, it's the world. So lets say I'm the media, so I have a few questions. When will this be done? How did you manage to get the horn longer than 8 seconds? Does it even work? Was your video fake? Why did the ELS beep when turning on the lights, but not siren? Those are all basic questions, you are allowed to exempt only one.
  7. Sir, if you are a real modder you would be well aware that the media asks a lot of questions and expect to get answers. Me being a programmer for Indie game developers, I would know this because other people along with the media want to know every aspect of how your game is made, or in this game, a mod. Firefighter is simply asking basic questions and requires answers. You telling him all these negative things is not helping the situation and is portraying you as a bad individual in the community. Let the questions role in, and answer them.
  8. Well the world I live in nothing is free... I have extra money from having two jobs, plus being a Dallas Vol. Fire Fighter, I can pay. Who would say no to money in most cases?
  9. Well that's what I'm trying to base it off of. Could it be possible to do with TeamSpeak, but on GTA?
  10. If this is not the correct section, please move it! Basically it would be a script where you can only here certain people in your proximity. So lets just say that the proximity area is about 30 feet. So lets just say John, Ed, and Billy are in a game together. Now if John and ed are about 10 feet from each other they will be able to talk over their mic to each other, but Billy on the other hand is 50 feet away so he would not be able to hear them since he is too far. Now I am not a script coder, but I'm not sure if this is even possible. If it is possible and you're willing to make you will get paid. Basically you make the quote for it and tell me how much work it is and I will base it off that. You MUST have previous work to show before you even think about contacting me. Payment will be through either PayPal, Liberty Reserve, Bitcoin, and if you are a parodied person I could do Western Union if absolutely needed. I do not know if I will pay 100% upfront, 50/50, or pay after yet. We will have to sit down and talk about it. During the programming of the scripts you must show me the work progress and give me the beta versions right when you think it is ready to start testing in game. Depending on how much work this is to do is how much you get paid. You must also be willing to fix any bugs that come out with the program and if the bug is a long fix, than you will get paid yo fix it. If you know you can do this and are willing to message me on Skype and I will interview you: TechAppHF
  11. Thank you very much. I will try it now, if I can figure it out I will PM you.
  12. I seem to have trouble installing car mods, without taking over others. I have watched many YouTube videos and I have seen many tutorials, but I just can't get it. If somebody will get on my Team Viewer and show me how to do it, that would be greatly appereciated.
