hello, my gta has been repeatedly crashing after i go in duty and i can not figure out why. RagePluginHook_13092023_144219.log

is there any reason the headlights and light bar are black and will not light up ? i have it in as replacement -
my Gta keeps crashing at the story load up and i dont know why i changed the world events and the anti viris softwear is off. im not sure how to fix this i remaned my dinput8 so that just story mode loads = the game launched changed the name of my mods folder = the game launched as well i validated my game file im now at a loss on what to do or where to find whats wrong RAGE Plugin Hook v1.105.1329.16507 .txt ik im not over using my computer i have a pulse 15 with 32 gb
