GTA crashing at the story load up

my Gta keeps crashing at the story load up and i dont know why i changed the world events and the anti viris softwear is off. im not sure how to fix this

i remaned my dinput8 so that just story mode loads = the game launched

changed the name of my mods folder = the game launched as well

i validated my game file

im now at a loss on what to do

or where to find whats wrong
