I have the EUP ultimate backup installed so they're in the CustomRegions config and the regular folder. Literally anywhere on the map it does it but only for that specific LSPD swat. ill get my log once I get home but the unit fully dismissed is all it says when i open the console after requesting them

I keep getting an issue with only one type of backup. My local SWAT for LSPD keeps saying: UB All Police Buddy are failed to be spawned during preparation UB: UNIT FULLY DISMISSED >> OSB-0 | TOLTAL ACTIVE UNIT >> 0 Nothing saying the vehicles or peds couldn't load and its the only backup that does this. i even tried adding them as a special unit and the same thing happens. the Only thing different from anything would be their EUP as i copy and pasted everything from Specialunits. Any suggestions?

Ive seen a few of these topics pop up with no clear solution. whenever im in the city, usually southeast LS, peds will just stop in traffic to get out of their car and throw hands with another random ped on the street. Sometimes they'll have a shootout in the street too and it happens every few minutes. No sign of what's causing it besides the rage console saying it allowed civilians to shoot. Any suggestions?
