Overview
The Colour Bridge Lights script is designed to enhance the visual experience in Grand Theft Auto V by adding dynamic lighting effects to certain bridges. Originally conceived as a simple script to create changing color lights on bridges, the project evolved into something more immersive and engaging.
Features
Dynamic Light Effects: Bridges are adorned with changing color lights to create a visually stunning environment. Police Wanted Level Integration: When a player is wanted by the police, the bridge lights switch to flashing blue and red to signify police presence. Customizable Light Settings: Various aspects of the lighting effects, such as color, intensity, and range, can be customized to suit individual preferences. Time-Based Behavior: The script intelligently adjusts the behavior of the lights based on the in-game time, providing a more realistic experience.
Installation
1. Make sure you have ScriptHookV & ScriptHookVDotNet
2. Place the `ColourBridgeLights.dll` & `ColourBridgeLights.ini` file into your GTA V *"scripts"* folder.
How to Use
Experience the enhanced visual effects as you traverse the designated bridges in the game. Watch as the lights change color or flash blue and red based on your actions and the time of day.
Configuration
POLICE_WANTED: This section allows you to specify the colors of the lights when the player has a wanted level. LightColour_1: Specifies the color of the first police light. Available colors are: "Red", "Green", "Blue", and others (see below). LightColour_2: Specifies the color of the second police light. Available colors are the same as LIGHT_1.
LIGHTSETTINGS: This section allows you to configure general settings for the script. OnAllTime: Specifies whether the lights should be active all the time (true) or only during certain hours of the day (false). NightHour: Specifies the hour at which the lights should turn on if OnAllTime is false. DayHour: Specifies the hour at which the lights should turn off if OnAllTime is false. LightIntensity: Specifies the intensity of the lights. LightRange: Specifies the range of the lights. LightShadow: Specifies the shadow strength of the lights.
Editing Light Colours
You can edit the colors of the lights by specifying the color names in the ColourBridgeLights.ini file. Available color options are: ***ONLY FOR POLICE LIGHTS***
>> "red", "green", "blue", "yellow", "orange", "purple", "white", "cyan", "magenta", "pink", "turquoise", "lime", "gray", "maroon", "teal", "navy", "indigo", "violet", "midnightblue", "chartreuse", "aqua", "coral", "salmon", "skyblue".
Note:
Make sure to enter the color names exactly as shown above, including capitalization.
Original Concept
The original idea behind the script was to introduce changing color lights on certain bridges to create a more vibrant and dynamic game world. However, as development progressed, we realized the potential to further immerse players in the game environment by integrating police wanted level mechanics into the lighting effects.
Future Development
While the current version of the script offers an exciting and immersive experience, there is always room for improvement and expansion. Future updates may include additional features, such as support for more bridges, enhanced visual effects, and further customization options.

This got me thinking—why not create a new medical bag myself? So I purchased a model, converted it, and adapted it for LSPD players. This new model is designed to replace the original one in the game, and it only takes a few simple steps to install. 🚑🚑🚑

Discord Server / Installation / Progress Board
When Law Enforcement Officers or military personnel kill suspects, they often handcuff the person for safety reasons when the suspect's death isn't confirmed yet; the suspect might be unconscious or pretending to be. You may restrain dead people you or someone else killed. If you don't want to do so, you can hide the restrain prompt and continue handling the scene.
TL;DR: Why bother to restrain someone dead?: In-game, a person lying on the ground is considered dead, however not in real life, the person could be unconscious or pretending to be dead. Law Enforcement does this all the time.
Hold T or DPad Right to restrain the ped.
Press H to ignore the ped, meaning the prompt will be removed for that certain person.

PedPurge is a Grand Theft Auto V mod that transforms Los Santos into a full-scale purge event. Designed for Script Hook V .NET, it creates an unpredictable, high-intensity environment where NPCs turn hostile toward both the player and each other — with improved spawning logic, performance optimizations, and customizable chaos levels.
Features
Hostile NPCs Everywhere: AI-controlled peds actively attack the player and each other, creating large-scale street battles.
Smart Spawning System: NPCs are spawned dynamically outside the player’s camera view (no pop-ins) with distance and street snapping for realism. They can spawn in any direction, including behind the player.
Configurable Weapons: Each NPC is given a single weapon from a realistic pool with customizable ammo limits.
Chaotic Traffic (Optional): Civilian drivers may abandon vehicles or drive recklessly. Controlled via the .ini file.
Customizable Atmosphere: Default purge settings use nighttime with smog, but weather and time are fully configurable.
Purge Audio Cue (Optional): Plays a configurable audio track when the purge begins.
Optimized Performance: Batching, nearby-only processing, and distance-based despawns reduce lag compared to older versions.

Install Script Hook V .NET.
Install LemonUI for menu support.
Place PedPurge.dll into your GTAV scripts folder.
Inside scripts, create PedPurge/audio.
(Optional) Place your purge audio file (ThePurge.wav) into GTAV/scripts/PedPurge/audio.
Usage
Press F10 (default) to open the PedPurge menu.
Start Purge: Begins the event.
Stop Purge: Ends the event.
Edit the .ini file to adjust behavior, weather, traffic chaos, NPC counts, weapons, and other options.

After loading ingame, open the Rage Console (standard F4) and type "ForceDuty" to fully load the plugin.
To go on duty, enter any police department via the Red Circle. This will take you inside the custom PD. There, you can stamp in to start working.
To go off duty, just stamp out at the same location. DO NOT press the vanilla "Go off duty" button, as this will unload the plugin.

Not meant to be an EXACT replica, just inspired by the department's liveries.

** What's New and Changes in 3.1**
- META FIX! - There is a floating train car (high) and the train is floating above the tracks (slightly). This was not noticed after converting file. All metas have been fixed. Please replace your meta with these files.
- The original Lore Friendly train was missing a livery for the last car. The file was replaced and the Original Lore Friendly cars have been placed in their own respective folder to drag and drop.
- SLCT V3.0 Brings new satire cargo container companies.
- Re-textured the containers at 2k and added more detail for rust and worn items. Smoothed out the doors on the cargo containers so the logo will now be more visible.
- The orange color on the BNSF locomotive has been changed to look more realistic to the actual real life loco and the livery has also been re-done so all the lines around the train line up as close as possible.
- New Lore Friendly Locomotive - Honey Badger Rail Lines - "Honey Badger Doesn't Give A S#!t!
- SLCT V2.1 I've listened to your feedback and now I have added separate folders for Lore and Non-Lore so you can just drag and drop files over the other to change back and forth quickly rather than change each ytd. You can still change liveries on all lore and non-lore friendly sets.
- SLCT V2.0 finally is bringing lore friendly train cars! All new Logo's.
- New textures on all lore friendly containers and D-Rail logos for the cars themselves.
- Lowered train offset to sit better on the tracks now and not barely touching them.
- Lore friendly and non-lore friendly YTD's are all in the same place so you don't have to switch all cars out every time you want to change. You can also mix and match lore with non-lore friendly container cars. (If you want the original lore containers you will have to change them yourselves).
- Train car order has been randomized by AI to assure a proper variety of containers in sets of 1, 2 or 3. The max on any train now is 16 unless you add more yourself. (Max used for the longer train is 30).
- New Super Long Train.xml with 99 cars is now available in case you want to have a train that stretches across half the state.
- SLCT 1.2 - Fixed an error causing 1 train to not spawn.
- Added JPEG on how to edit the train.xml
- Included a jpeg screenshots folder for visual reference
- SLCT 1.1- Added a second replace meta for a double length train if you wanted one (30 +/- cars) and included the original train meta to return back to vanilla.

** MOD DESCRIPTION **
I always thought the trains were lacking realism. I spend a lot of time in Blaine County and I enjoy seeing them in the game as I'm out and about or whatnot. I wanted to make them longer and have different train cars so i created this simple replace pack. (no DLC).
Trains vary in length from 14-16 cars. Some trains have 2 locomotives, some inversed. Freight trains and cars are all BNSF. Lore friendly will be an option. There are 15 different replace files to put into your vehicles.rpf for just the train cars, 1 locomotive folder (BSNF) and 3 different train meta files to choose from..
You can edit the meta if you want to add/remove/edit freight train or freight car files. The limitations on making longer trains is at 100 cars including each locomotive. Keeping the train cars around 15 and under will keep you sane. If for some reason you want longer there is a X2 train length meta and a 99 car length train.
Use OpenIV to select different liveries. The creator of the real world containers Foxunitone has made multiple variations of real life liveries for variety and has more on his page (link included) Each real world car can have a different livery than it has now. Also he was kind enough to leave a template in the files so you can create your own if you so please.
*NOTE - This does not contain a fix for the crossing arms not going back up or not coming down at high FPS. This is not an issues with this mod or your game and there is no known fix.
** TO INSTALL **
1. Place all the files from the "Train Car Files" folder in to your vehicles.rpf folder. (Do the same thing with the BNSF/HB train car files if you want to use that train over GoPostal). Use OpenIV and navigate to your vehicle mod folder and drop all files into the folder.

2. Copy the trains.xml file in the "Train Meta" folder and place it into your vehicle meta folder.
- In OpenIV navigate to your vehicle meta and drop the trains.meta file there.

---****IMPORTANT INFORMATION****----
1. This is the MOST IMPORTANT part!! Unless you are an EXPIERIENCED MODDER (meaning you CAN mix and match individual DLC files, xml's, etc. and not have issues within your game and if you do, you know how to fix them) then this applies to you! This is only meant to work with the vanilla version of the train YOU MUST REMOVE ANY AND ALL FILES (YFT, YTD, DLC, Meta anything not related to the vanilla version of the trains (except train prop mods) UNLESS YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING!! PLEASE DO NOT MESSAGE ME SAYING YOUR GAME IS BROKEN IF YOU HAVE NOT DONE THIS (please, again), because not removing those files will most likely break your game. If you have done all the other things feel free to ask me for help.
2. If you want to remove the BNSF/Honey Badger Freight Locomotives then there are 4 files that need to be removed. If you do not remove all of them the train will be flipping and floppin goin all willy nilly crazy then I get comments asking why I broke the train. Remove ALL old files! The files are FREIGHT.YFT, FREIGHT.YTD, FREIGHT_HI.YFT and FREIGHT+HI.YTD.
Assure everything is correct how you want it and your all done.
You are free to edit, upload and all that good stuff. Just try to always credit the authors.

This is a small little tow truck pack I've been working on for about 3 months. currently only including an F550 Rollback.
Hoping to add more to this in the future but we shall see.
This pack should work in both Singleplayer and Fivem as long as you install the correct version

Difference between "Static" and "Moving" Rollback
Moving rollback means that the bed will move using NUM 5 and NUM 8 (to be used with the flatbed script)
(use if your going to use yourself with the flatbed script)
Static rollback means that the bed will not move (for scripts where the car is teleported onto the bed)
(also might be prefered if you only want AI's to use the truck)

Vehicle Installation:
Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - x64 - dlcpacks
Drag and drop the "tow trucks" folder
Next Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - Update.rpf - common - data
Open dlclist.xml and add the following line
<Item>dlcpacks:/tow trucks/</Item>
The trucks will now load ingame!
Flatbed Script Installation:
First, Install the rollback script from gta5-mods https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/flatbed-script
After you've succesfully installed that.
in the download there will be a "Scripts" folder. you can drag and drop that into your directory.
Now you can do some good ole' towin!
Stop The Ped Flatbed Replacement:
Navigate to GTAV - plugins - LSPDFR - StopThePed.ini
When you open the INI. Look for the section near the bottom with the tag [TowService]
Here, you will want to change FLatbedTruckModel to FlatbedTruckModel=F550ROLLBACK
Then, go to the offset cordinates and make FlatbedOffset FlatbedOffset=0.0,-0.1,-0.1
Now they will respond properly when called and cars will not be floating!

Important: Due to how the severe weather event works, the game time cannot be frozen, or else the event will never end, there is a workaround in the FAQ below.

Features:
- Timer System:
The plugins timer system constantly checks if you're available for calls and not doing anything significant. If you accept a callout or do anything else that would make the plugin consider you busy (Get into a pursuit, start a traffic stop, or otherwise set yourself as not available for calls) the plugins timer system stops and resets to the time you specify in the ini file, and it doesn't start again until you are no longer busy. Only one event in this plugin spawns at a time (with the exception of the Vehicle BOLO event, more on this below), to avoid overloading you with things to do.
- Two Menus:
The plugins menu allows you to customize all your ini values in game, and save them to the ini file. It even allows you to change the keybinds for the menu in game! The menu also has multiple other uses, like interacting with peds in specific events through the interaction submenu.
The plugin also has a second menu, which can be accessed in the RPH F4 console using the command "IAEOpenForceEventMenu" This second menu will allow you to forcefully spawn any event in the plugin, as well as forcefully end the current event that's active.
- Error Handling System:
We've all been there, you're enjoying a nice patrol on LSPDFR, then suddenly one plugin has an error and it crashes LSPDFR. This plugin has an error handling system that will help prevent that from happening! If for any reason an error happens within the plugin, a notification will be displayed, notifying you that an error occurred, it will log the error, and it will prevent a full LSPDFR crash. If the error happens to come from an ambient event and not one of the plugins backend systems, the plugin will log the error, display a notification, and forcefully end the event and continue on spawning new events like nothing happened. However, this system is not full-proof, so there is still a (small) chance that LSPDFR might crash if there's an error. I will continue to improve this system in future updates.
- In Depth Vehicle BOLO System:
One of the events, Vehicle BOLO, saves between game sessions. Meaning that if you don't catch the guy during your patrol and get off LSPDFR, that exact same suspect(s) and vehicle will be there waiting for you in the same BOLO the next time you hop on. There's even a chance that an AI unit could locate the BOLO suspect and initiate a pursuit. Pay close attention to the details regarding the crime, as it can hint as to how the suspect will react when trying to be pulled over. This event is designed to be as randomized as possible for maximum replayability, even the amount of details you get on the vehicle is randomized. Sometimes you may get the make and model, sometimes maybe the make and a partial plate, etc etc. "But what if I have custom vehicles installed that replaces AI traffic?" Well I have good news for you, I included a file (bolomodels.json) within the Immersive Ambient Events folder that allows you to customize the names of the make, model, and class of vehicles in the notification. With this file you can even add new vehicles to the list of vehicles used in the event. Because this event usually lasts long periods of time, it runs on its own timer that's independent from the other ambient events.
- Realistic Severe Weather Event:
No more patrols where the weather stays the exact same unless you manually change it. With the severe weather event, a storm (or blizzard if the current weather is a snow based one) can roll in at any moment, and even have the potential to knock out power across the map, making it extremely dark if it happens to be late at night. Hopefully your vehicle has spotlights or takedowns!
FAQ:
How can I patrol during a specific time of day while having the severe weather event enabled?:
In simpletrainer, go to the time settings, and enable "Real Time Duration" what this does is it makes one minute in game the same as one minute in real life. Then you can change the ini setting for the severe weather event and set "HoursItLasts" to 0, and set the minutes option to be however long you want the storm to last.
How can I tell when an ambient event is happening?:
Events will either display a notification of some sort, or a yellow question mark blip will appear on the minimap where the event is happening.
The question mark blip for an event disappeared when I got close to the event or exited my vehicle, is this normal?:
Yes, most events automatically delete the blip once you get close enough to be considered participating in the event, the events also take into consideration whether you're on foot or not before deleting the blip as well.
Why is the "Interaction" item on the plugins menu greyed out?:
The interaction submenu is only enabled whenever there's an active event that uses it. If it is greyed out, that means no event that uses that system is active.
Why am I not getting updated sightings for the Vehicle BOLO event?:
For the Vehicle BOLO event, you need to be set as available for calls for the blip to update and for you to receive a notification. By default the event is set up to not show updated sighting notifications unless you are within 1000 meters of the area, however this can be changed in the BOLO event section of the plugins menu
Why can't I pull over the vehicle involved with the Vehicle Trouble event?:
This is done on purpose, to prevent the pullover from interfering with tasks given to the driver. Don't worry, this is temporary and once the event is finished, you can pull that driver over if needed!

** What's New and Changes in 3.1**
- META FIX! - There is a floating train car (high) and the train is floating above the tracks (slightly). This was not noticed after converting file. All metas have been fixed. Please replace your meta with these files.
- The original Lore Friendly train was missing a livery for the last car. The file was replaced and the Original Lore Friendly cars have been placed in their own respective folder to drag and drop.
- SLCT V3.0 Brings new satire cargo container companies.
- Re-textured the containers at 2k and added more detail for rust and worn items. Smoothed out the doors on the cargo containers so the logo will now be more visible.
- The orange color on the BNSF locomotive has been changed to look more realistic to the actual real life loco and the livery has also been re-done so all the lines around the train line up as close as possible.
- New Lore Friendly Locomotive - Honey Badger Rail Lines - "Honey Badger Doesn't Give A S#!t!
- SLCT V2.1 I've listened to your feedback and now I have added separate folders for Lore and Non-Lore so you can just drag and drop files over the other to change back and forth quickly rather than change each ytd. You can still change liveries on all lore and non-lore friendly sets.
- SLCT V2.0 finally is bringing lore friendly train cars! All new Logo's.
- New textures on all lore friendly containers and D-Rail logos for the cars themselves.
- Lowered train offset to sit better on the tracks now and not barely touching them.
- Lore friendly and non-lore friendly YTD's are all in the same place so you don't have to switch all cars out every time you want to change. You can also mix and match lore with non-lore friendly container cars. (If you want the original lore containers you will have to change them yourselves).
- Train car order has been randomized by AI to assure a proper variety of containers in sets of 1, 2 or 3. The max on any train now is 16 unless you add more yourself. (Max used for the longer train is 30).
- New Super Long Train.xml with 99 cars is now available in case you want to have a train that stretches across half the state.
- SLCT 1.2 - Fixed an error causing 1 train to not spawn.
- Added JPEG on how to edit the train.xml

** MOD DESCRIPTION **
I always thought the trains were lacking realism. I spend a lot of time in Blaine County and I enjoy seeing them in the game as I'm out and about or whatnot. I wanted to make them longer and have different train cars so i created this simple replace pack. (no DLC).
Trains vary in length from 14-16 cars. Some trains have 2 locomotives, some inversed. Freight trains and cars are all BNSF. Lore friendly will be an option. There are 15 different replace files to put into your vehicles.rpf for just the train cars, 1 locomotive folder (BSNF) and 3 different train meta files to choose from..
You can edit the meta if you want to add/remove/edit freight train or freight car files. The limitations on making longer trains is at 100 cars including each locomotive. Keeping the train cars around 15 and under will keep you sane. If for some reason you want longer there is a X2 train length meta and a 99 car length train.
Use OpenIV to select different liveries. The creator of the real world containers Foxunitone has made multiple variations of real life liveries for variety and has more on his page (link included) Each real world car can have a different livery than it has now. Also he was kind enough to leave a template in the files so you can create your own if you so please.
*NOTE - This does not contain a fix for the crossing arms not going back up or not coming down at high FPS. This is not an issues with this mod or your game and there is no known fix.
** TO INSTALL **
1. Place all the files from the "Train Car Files" folder in to your vehicles.rpf folder. (Do the same thing with the BNSF/HB train car files if you want to use that train over GoPostal). Use OpenIV and navigate to your vehicle mod folder and drop all files into the folder.
- gtav: \mods\dlc.rpf(patchday 24ng or 28ng)\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
2. Copy the trains.xml file in the "Train Meta" folder and place it into your vehicle meta folder.
- In OpenIV navigate to your vehicle meta and drop the trains.meta file there.

1. This is the MOST IMPORTANT part!! Unless you are an EXPIERIENCED MODDER (meaning you CAN mix and match individual DLC files, xml's, etc. and not have issues within your game and if you do, you know how to fix them) then this applies to you! This is only meant to work with the vanilla version of the train YOU MUST REMOVE ANY AND ALL FILES (YFT, YTD, DLC, Meta anything not related to the vanilla version of the trains (except train prop mods) UNLESS YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING!! PLEASE DO NOT MESSAGE ME SAYING YOUR GAME IS BROKEN IF YOU HAVE NOT DONE THIS (please, again), because not removing those files will most likely break your game. If you have done all the other things feel free to ask me for help.
2. If you want to remove the BNSF/Honey Badger Freight Locomotives then there are 4 files that need to be removed. If you do not remove all of them the train will be flipping and floppin goin all willy nilly crazy then I get comments asking why I broke the train. Remove ALL old files! The files are FREIGHT.YFT, FREIGHT.YTD, FREIGHT_HI.YFT and FREIGHT+HI.YTD.
Assure everything is correct how you want it and your all done.
You are free to edit, upload and all that good stuff. Just try to always credit the authors.

Sandy Shores feels small. And, for me, it's too small to be patrolling there for too long.
After searching and downloading many different Sandy Shores map mods, I wasn't satisfied with any of them. The authors added buildings that seemed quite off: no props, no fences, no cars, or any signs around them; types of buildings that seemed out of place (houses that looked like they were from the GTA3 beta, others very polygonal with walls painted like in The Sims 2, none showing any signs of wear, suddenly expensive houses between shacks and dirt, buildings from another city, etc.). All of this broke my immersion. So, I decided to make my own.
I managed to literally copy the already existing buildings in Sandy Shores and paste them into the many lots available for housing in the town, while also slightly extending the area near the Motel. For now, there are 24 added same-style homes that visually bring more life and density while maintaining immersion.
HOW TO INSTALL:
Drop the sandyplus2 folder into (mods/update/x64/dlcpacks) Open/Edit the dlclist.xml file located in:
(mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/)
Add the following line to the end of the DLC list:
<Item>dlcpacks:/sandyplus2/</Item>
EXTRA: INCREASE SANDY SHORES POPULATION (PEDS & CARS):
Navigate to:
(mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/levels/gta5/popcycle.dat)
Customize the SANDY_SHORES settings.
If you want to double the population, multiply each value in the columns (#Peds, #Scenario, #Cars, #prkdcrs) by 2.
Each column represents a 2-hour time block (e.g., the first column is 12-2 AM, the second column is 2-4 AM, etc.), covering 24 hours in 12 columns.
Note: Each value represents the percentage drawn from the base population preset in the gameconfig data.
You can use my setup as an example:

You can often see the shepherd model spawning around, if you have this model edited for k9 you can replace the spawn of this model for the whole game in ambientpedmodelsets.
Navigate to mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/ai/ambientpedmodelsets and look for this item and replace the model.

Some buildings have low LODs and disappear when viewed from very far away. This will be fixed in the next update.

Extend the town further west, near the gas station.
Replace/Add more building variety.
Beautify the already added residences.
Optionally add a rework/enhancement to the sheriff station.
Make an installer.

About the Project
The Pinx Callouts project was created with the main objective of complementing LSPDFR with realistic Callouts. One of the goals of this project is to reach +100 Callouts. The second objective of this project is to bring callouts that players wanted to see in the game, that is, to make this desire to see them in the real game.
It is currently still in a draft version, but each day it is supplemented more.
IMPORTANT:
Please report any bugs you find. If possible, take a screenshot of the console (F4).
Any suggestions for improvement, or anything you would like to see in a callout, don't hesitate to say so.

itsjzee85 reacted to PNWParksFan for a file, Gameconfig.xml for LML or manual install by RDE TeamThis is the latest gameconfig.xml by @dilapidated, @PNWParksFan, and the RDE Team. A modified gameconfig is required for most add-on mods. We recommend installing this gameconfig using LML (Lenny's Mod Loader). If you are using LML, you can install this package using the Mod Manager, and it will load a working gameconfig.xml for the latest game version. You do not need to change the file in update.rpf, just load this package and you're ready to go.
You can also install this gameconfig manually by downloading the file, and copying gameconfig.xml from the "latest" folder to [mods]\update\update.rpf\common\data\.

When importing into ZMODELER, you will have the option to "ADD" (attach) the included ytd in the same popup window when selecting the yft files. You can also import them separate. At Z3D was not included as the file is not compatible with all versions of the software.
