    I installed EUP and everything that goes with it, but when I get into the game and press F11 to bring up the EUP menu, it says plugin blocked because it caused LSPDFR to freeze. I've had this problem before while launching the game and I fixed it by changing the plugin timeout threshold to 60,000 but it still gets blocked when I try to bring up the menu.
