Ok I will do my best to explain as I'm still very new and still trying to learn. if I run gta by itself it loads and seems to run fine threw steam. But if I run it with rage it starts to load and as soon as it loads I get the crash notification. this seem to happen right after I downloaded the new kercha callouts I know that's spelled wrong I also had recently downloaded els and axon body camera. so I started to try and narrow down what's wrong. I uninstalled gta and reinstalled I uninstalled lspdfr and rage hook I deleted els axon and the callouts I tried starting rage without and plugins etc. nothing works it still crashes every time. I scanned all files with antivirus it shows no issues I verified games files through steam all looks good. I have no clue what else to do I got so frustrated I have not even turned the game on since at all. I'm just about tempted to completely uninstall everything and start from scratch again even though it took me since December just to finally start learning and get my first plugin successfully lo installed very frustrating lol

Can anyone possibly help maybe give me a idea of what might be wrong? for the past 48 hrs. gta will crash on every load up I have spent hours going over everything but it wont stop crashing. I have fully uninstalled gta and reinstalled. I uninstalled all the plugins I had installed recently. I reinstalled lspdfr and rage hook nothing works. the game will play fine by itself but not when I load rage plugin so im sure it something related to that but I have no idea what else to do.

Yes thank you for the good info I was able to finally figure out what was going on I had to go into immersion setting and change the handle available to no and that fixed all my issues thank you for your help.

I do now now but that was not the issue I had to go into the immersive setting and turn handle available to no that fixed the issue before doping that pressing the ALT key had no effect.

Can anyone assist me with fixing this I cant talk to dispatch and on screen I have out of service message.

3 weeks later and I still have not been able to apply 1 single mod I'm making great progress lol

Ok I will take another look but it's not sending me any pop ups it's just giving a link to download the wave browser I don't understand why it doesn't say hook v.

hMMM SO IM AT A STAND STILL WHY IS THE 2 LINKS FOR THE SCRIPT HOOKS ASKING TO DOWNLOAD THE WAVE BROWSER WHICH IS BEING IDENTIFIED AS A HACKER AND NOT SAFE? DOWNLOADING A BROWSER DOESNT SEEM TO HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH TRYING TO DOWNLOAD THIS HOOK V APPLICATION.

Thank you Lenny I did realize I was not being very descriptive I was writing out of frustration my bad I will be a lil bit more informative. I got the game running LSPDFR,Rage and of course gtav. Now what I would like to do is download mods vehicle, callouts, uniforms etc. when I download these mods where do I put them? Are they going into the gtav folder itself do I have to extract into a folder? This is where I'm having trouble, I downloaded a bunch previously but did not know how to get them in the game. Could you maybe give me a step by step how to get them in the game I don't know if it helps or matters but Im using steam to run my gtav. And yes, this is my very first time ever getting into pc gaming, so this is a tutorial for a pc gaming dummy I have always been a console man. Thank for any help I really do appreciate it.

Hi brand new to pc gaming brough a gaming pc 2 weeks ago and it's been nothing but frustrating I just can't figure this stuff out. I download mods but can't figure out how to get them to work in game. I finally figured out the rage thing got it loaded and working but once in the game I'm lost lol I want to really enjoy this I brough this pc just for gta but this has been a disaster if anybody has time to get up headed in the right path it would be greatly appreciated.
