    I tried to uploads some of mods, but it asking to place in MODS via OpenIV, but I don't see MODS folder under GTA main folder. Do I have to create a new folder or somewhere that I need to download to extract it?

    There are a lot of threads relating to the issue. However, I could not be able to find any solutions. I reviewed the thread under some things about outfits, so I've done that and had no luck. Also, I don't see the mods folder there. I installed fresh, clean GTA5 and lcpdfr 0.4.9 (manual). It's been stuck at the spinning loading. RagePluginHook.log
