Updated: EUP is included! Since I've been using other creators East Providence RI Based skins, I wanted to fill the last void of the FPIU 2020 of not being left out. I tried getting this accurate as best as I could, if there's any errors I will try to fix them if needed. Just putting this out there which I'm sure you've seen before: Please don't rip my textures off and reupload them on this site or any other. (I forgot to link the creator, this is what happened when I'm half asleep lol)

This skin pack isn't fully completed since I will be adding a FPIU-16/Chargers/Caprice/Tahoe once I find a good template for each of them. There wasn't any good Durango Slicktop with the pushbar that I was looking for either since my state police uses slicktop Durangos :/ I decided to make my own Highway Patrol skin based in my state in Rhode Island so instead of (San Andreas State Police, It's San Andreas Highway Patrol) My skins fits these models from these respective owners. (For the Reflective, you need to download the Rhode Island State Police model below and once you done that just drag and drop the skins in and you'll be set!)

I was gonna make an EUP out of this too but I just scratched that idea so I got no more plans to update this skin unless there's some errors that I gotta fix if someone points them out. Took me a couple hours to finish this. I'll make a EUP after this but for right now I need a break from making police car skins since I'm burnt out so probably in another couple days I will go back finish them. I still gotta rework on my Providence skins that was made for the FPIU 20/16 or 18 from last year since I'm missing a slight detail and I'm also adding a new skin for the 2011 Crown Vic and 2016 Chevy Impala to update it once I get the chance I will still work on the Highway Patrol skins that I haven't updated yet but I got some of them done. Afterwards, I'm gonna make a Rhode Island sheriff version that is pretty easy for me to make after I finish the last 2. I guess since this is one of my most 2nd downloaded file in general, I will drop this update of new skins!) (I will keep the old files in incase you don't like my new ones and no changes have been made with the sirens, I still gotta learn how to loop them though which I tried last year) Basic Terms/Agreements that you should already seen many times! This is from one of my private collection that I made from scratch but I decided to release it, I initially was going to make the FPIU 2014-(The actual Providence Police/Los Santos Version) but since there wasn't really any good ones that I could find I decided to scratch that off my list.

From Squad21Photography Preview Audio in game incase before you wanna download it. From what I know I don't exactly know the full siren model name but looks like Whelen C tones. Edit: The reason why it doesn't loop normally is because the video I got it from was very tricky for me to edit and having to use Audacity to make it fit as best I could, I already did some test runs with the sirens alone but this seems to fit better in my opinion but also you can trim it yourself as you see fit.

An FPIU 2016-(North Providence) Skin will be made at some point when I have the time and will be the last of the North Providence Police Skin I also may do a Los Santos version of this Latest Release: North Providence Police 2014 Dodge Charger Skin. Providence Police and East Providence Police gets the spotlight by other creators but leaving North Providence Police Department-(is just sad as a joke of course) is the sole reason why I decided to make a North Providence Police Skin. Hey ya'll this is my first ever skin that I made, I had some ups and down and it took me quite awhile to figure some of the stuff out and etc since I'm starting out but hopefully I can advanced into other good ones depending on the knowledge of my abilities and maybe at some point with GTA 6 coming next year! - I can't say I'm not a veteran of the community but I've known the First Responder mods for a very long time in my early to mid teens years while watching videos on GTA San Andreas-(SAFR) as my first and then GTA 4-(LCPDFR) as my second on YouTube.
