    Hey Rajin,
    go in OpenIV to mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/levels/gta5
    and right click to vehicles.meta.
    Choose Edit and click on the top on search.
    Now search your vehicle wich is dissapaering (example sherrif or police4) INGAME an scroll down to /;lodDistances. There are 6 different numbers which you must change all to 500.000.
     
    Voila, your Problem get fixed.

    Update LSPD First Response.dll and LSPD First Response.pdb in GTAV/Plugins
     
    If you are still having problems after updating, post the log again and quickly describe the issue.
